Very helpful! Tom from Clearview home inspections did a great job on my home inspection plus thermal imaging service. This was for our Tarion home warranty. He was very thorough. He was very easy to talk to and answered all the questions that we had. He was very professional throughout and encouraged us to ask questions and also produce a very professional report, with pictures on the next day. We would highly recommend Clearview.

Good job! I contacted Clearview to conduct a home inspection, plus infrared scan, based on the great reviews we found here on Homestars. Our inspector Vito conducted himself very professionally and I could tell he was an experienced inspector. The report I received was impressive (and delivered to my e-mail within 12 hours of the inspection!), with well laid out pictures and easy to understand problem areas identified with marked out circles and arrows. We felt it was money well spent as Vito used a sophisticated infrared camera to assist in his investigation and explaining everything in detail. I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends. From start to finish, the home inspection was well done! We hired Clearview based on the reviews that he had at Homestar, and they did not dissapoint. Our inspector Vito was punctual and explained everything that he was inspecting patiently with us. He also encouraged us with our questions and not once did he made us feel uncomfortable because of it. He did a great inspection of the house and took a lot of time going through everything. Great Inspection. After reading the reviews on Homestars we contacted Tom to perform his "Plus" inspection, because we wanted the most comprehensive and thorough inspection possible before making an offer on a home. This included a Infrared camera scan and air testing for mold. The extra cost for these comprehensive services was *well* worth it. We were very happy with the way Tom went through the home and explained the various issues. His report was very clear and gave my girlfriend and I confidence in making our decision to proceed with an offer on this home. Well done.

I don't think I could have been happier with Tom, he is awesome - fantastic communicator, personable, approachable. He was very clear and concise and gave us a complete walk through of everything we needed to know, and took care to answer our questions so that we understood. Great company too, we had some fun during the inspection :) His report was thorough, it even included regular maintenance we would have to do and suggested costs for work to know what to expect in the future. I had it printed and bound to keep handy. Thanks to him we were able to bring down the cost of the house we purchased to cover some needed repair work, and he brought me much needed peace of mind. I highly recommend him to everyone!

Tom's inspection was very thorough and point out spaces within our home that were done really well and other areas that could be improved to prevent heat loss. At the end of the inspection we received a 45 page report with many pictures with both the original picture and infrared version of the picture. We would definitely use him again and recommend him.

We were able to get an appointment right away and requested Tom to conduct our home inspection. Tom was friendly and professional and he took the time to walk us through the house and explain everything to us. He patiently answered all of our questions. Tom is a professional home inspector. From my point of view his professional comes from the procedure he take to inspect the home, the way he interactive with the client (me), the report he provided, and of course his knowledge of home inspection. The whole inspection process is actually a pleasant journey. He’s such an experienced tour guide that he can answer all of my questions along the way, and he helped me get complete understanding of the house at the end of the trip.
