We were looking for a good home inspector and found some amazing reviews about Cleaview. We decided to go with them and were beyond satisfied! Like the reviews below, our inspector Tom took a look at everything! He even climbed up our super high house to get to the roof. Throughout the visit, he provided sound, detailed advice and pointed issues out to us. He also accommodated to our multi-tasking of getting to know neighbours, taking pictures, getting renovation quotes etc. He ran us through all his work at the end and provided notes for future reference. Tom walked us through the home inspection process encouraging us to ask many questions. I appreciated looking at each floor individually and the detailed personal analysis. He is quite knowledgeable and was able to relay information in very simple term. The infared camera was not only cool, but very helpful in looking for evidence of issues behind walls or in ceilings. Number 1. After reading glowing reviews on Homestars, I had no hesitation calling Clearview to do a pre-purchase home inspection. Sure enough, our inspector Tom lived up to the high expectations. The inspection was thorough and covered all the major aspects of the home (roof, electrical, plumbing, foundation, exterior, heating, testing appliances). The whole process was systematic and methodical, and Tom was happy to explain things as many times as needed, as well as answer all our questions. Best of all, Tom was happy to take questions after the inspection! I would absolutely recommend Tom and Clearview for your home inspection!
