Clearview Home & Property Inspections reviews (1904)

We were looking for a good home inspector and found some amazing reviews about Clearview. We decided to go with them and were beyond satisfied! Like the reviews below, Tom, our inspector took a look at everything! He even climbed up our super high house to get to the roof. Throughout the visit, he provided sound, detailed advice and pointed issues out to us. He also accommodated to our multi-tasking of getting to know neighbours, taking pictures, getting renovation quotes, showing the house to the 'rents, etc. He ran us through all his work at the end and provided notes for future reference. Very impressed with Tom and all of CVHI. Tom was at our house when he said he would be (he was actually early). He took the time to explain everything he was looking at and doing in an easy to understand way. He helped us to prioritize what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. Absolutely a wonderful experience. Tom from Clearview was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He investigated every aspect of the home from top to bottom, and gave an accurate report with detailed information. He was honest about what would need to be replaced and when it may need to be replaced. He knew exactly what he was doing and physically showed us any issues, not just reported them. The best home inspector I have ever dealt with, highly recommended.

Tom did a great job at inspecting the house I was planning to buy. He made me aware of all the concerns I should have about the home and reassured me on previous issues that have been fixed properly. I opted for the Infrared camera as well and it certainly put my mind a ease. Tom was not in a hurry and inspected thoroughly and provide a great report that was emailed to me the same day. On top of all that, as a first time home buyer he took the time to explain to me how the entire house functioned. He gave me tips and advice on maintaining the house, how often certain things required my attention, etc. I strongly recommend him. Thanks again Tom!
