Perfect! We found a house which we loved for the unique yard, sunroom and pool landscaping. Given the sale price we wanted to have a thorough inspection performed. During a showing to family/friends (after offer was submitted) I found water damage from what I believed were foundation cracks. My heart sank at the thought that I would moving 2 young kids and a newborn into a mouldy mess. I read reviews and placed calls in to various inspectors seeking someone extremely thorough and capable of taking IAQ samples if needed. I decided to go with Tom, as he was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable in all correspondence we had, and boy was I glad I did. Tom spent 4 hours with me going through the home top to bottom, inside and out, and as much as it pains me to say this, I'll be booking Tom again this week (if all goes well). His confirmation with moisture readings and thermal allowed me to prove my case to the seller, but apparently not all of us are as demanding on the sanitary state of our children's dwelling so.....Tom, we'll be seeing you again soon.

We originally waived the inspection when purchasing this home as the housing market is still pretty hot. We contacted Tom from Clearview to provide a thorough inspection so that we can plan any work that may need to be done. Tom conducted himself very professional and produced a quality inspection report that contained both the digital and infrared pictures, a real nice touch. Tom has also made himself available after the inspection should I have further questions or if I just want to consult with him. Real good customer service. Thanks Tom for your tremendous efforts!

Very impressed. We had Tom for our house inspection and we were very satisfied with his professional attitude and knowledge. He took the time to explain the issues thoroughly, and also followed up after the inspection, which we appreciated a lot. Great Inspection. After reading the reviews on Homestars we contacted Tom to perform his "Plus" inspection, because we wanted the most comprehensive and thorough inspection possible before making an offer on a home. This included a Infrared camera scan and air testing for mold. The extra cost for these comprehensive services was *well* worth it. We were very happy with the way Tom went through the home and explained the various issues. His report was very clear and gave my girlfriend and I confidence in making our decision to proceed with an offer on this home. Well done!

Willing to come on short notice (i.e., less than 24 hrs). He encouraged us to ask questions and repeated that there are "No silly questions" - he gladly answers all questions. Clearview was amazing. No wonder they are #1 in Toronto. I contacted Tom on Thursday before the easter holiday weekend looking for a quick home inspection. He was able to inspect the house the next day - on a holiday. Tom was very thorough and efficient. He went through the entire checklist with us and explained all of the repairs involved and the level of urgency required for each.
