I was very impressed with Tom's professionalism, attitude (affable and courteous) and knowledge towards home inspection. The job was done meticulously and he provided an excellent report. He was very accommodating on the after inspection service and responded promptly to our questions. Also, the IR camera was superb it detects all problems that can't be seen by your naked eye. I highly recommend Tom to everyone including my friends and relatives. Now I have a peace of mind moving to my greatest investment because of Tom's expertise and knowledge on home inspection.

Tom Rando from clearview home inspection was fantastic. I have had 4 different home inspections done and the other company I had used was satisfactory but Tom was referred to me by a friend and I would say is the best inspector you can get. He was very thorough and provides an easy to understand explanations of potential problems and everyday functions of your home. I will definitely use him again for any other homes I purchase in the future and will refer him to any of my friends and clients.

Tom was very friendly, professional and easy to work with. As a first time home buyer, he was very patient and detailed in answering all my questions (some of which were very basic). For peace of mind, I would definitely recommend the infrared camera option.

Tom did a fantastic job and thoroughly inspected this home. Since this was an older house, we decided to select the more comprehensive package. Tom was very patient and answered all of our questions. He produced a very descriptive report that included digital pictures, thermal pictures, and lab results. He also spent time with me on the phone after the inspection was done. We are very happy to have had Tom inspect this property and would highly recommend his services to others. Great job Tom!

Fabulous! Tom from Clearview was very open, honest and professional throughout the inspection... very refreshing. He did a thorough, hands-on inspection and used an Infrared camera. He explained everything clearly and in layman's terms. The information he provided helped me to decide whether or not I was going to buy the home. My 1 year Tarion inspection was coming up and I wanted to find a reputable company to come inspect my house as this was a new build and my very first home.
