    Condo Inspection

    Good job. I had Tom from ClearView inspect a condo to ensure there were no major issues with the unit prior to purchase. I didn't expect to find major issues but still wanted peace of mind. Tom was friendly and very thorough and the use of the thermal camera noted a ventilation issue that we wouldn't have known about otherwise. All in all I was very pleased with the inspection and the subsequent report. Thanks for your help Tom.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Camera Scan

    Thanks a lot for professional inpsection and the very detailed report. It's been an eye-opening experience going through the house with you on Saturday. We definitely learned a lot and the report will be so helpful. Everything was clearly explained in the report. Thanks again and we would definately recommend your services.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    I would like to take the time and write a review for Tom and ClearView Home Inspections, in the hope of helping people who are looking for a quality Home Inspection, which i know can be a daunting task. We hired Tom to do an inspection for a Home that my brother was looking to buy for our parents, so we really wanted to make sure that the Home was safe and reliable. From the first moment we met Tom, we could instantly tell that he took his work to Heart. He is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain every detail of the Home Inspection (what he calls "play by play") to us, and make us aware of any and all issues that he was able to discover, their implications on the future of the home, their potential repair cost, etc... The report Tom provided was detailed, with great images and illustrations, and again went above and beyond what we expected, it even provided links to information on proper home maintenance for all the different aspects of our Home. I would also like to highly recommend Tom's Infrared Scan service. In our case it helped him discover a leak from the second floor bathroom, which he wouldn't have been able to see otherwise. That leak, if left untreated would have ended up costing us 100 times what the Scan did. We used the information Tom provided, and were able to negotiate the price of the Home down a bit, and we have now finalized the deal, and most importantly feel very secure in the fact that we purchased a reliable Home. Highly recommend Tom and ClearView Inspections to anybody who is looking for a reliable and knowledgeable service. You will get more than your money's worth. Thank you Tom! Sergey.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    I had a great experience with Tom. He was very professional and patient to take the time to explain to me the details on my new home. I learned a lot from him about the pride of home ownership and would highly recommend his service to anyone.

    Home Inspection

    Tom did a great job on the inspection. Was very patient and answered all of my questions happily. The thermal pictures are pretty cool as well. I do wish I had more of them taken though but that's okay. I would definitely recommend to others.

    Home Inspection

    We had Tom do our 30 day inspection recently and were very happy with his service. If you need a home inspector, we would recommend him. He's very thorough, helpful and detail oriented. We were very impressed with his report which included pictures he took and diagrams etc. Thanks Tom!

    Home Inspection

    Great job! We contacted Tom from Clearview Home & Property inspection to inspect our new home as part of our Tarion inspection. Among other things, he was even able to get up on our roof (which was difficult) to make sure it was installed correctly. Overall, we were impressed with his professionalism and knowledge and would recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    Home Inspection

    We contacted Tom for a home inspection and was very impressed throughout the entire service. Tom was very detailed and conducted a thorough inspection.     Home Inspection

    Quality Inspection! I definitely enjoyed shadowing Tom around and I felt I learned a lot with his great detective skills. I was also impressed that you were able to detect that the home had a past fire. Tom acted professionally from the start and that carried all the way thorough the inspection and beyond.
