    Home Inspection

    This was our 2nd time working with Tom on a home inspection, and it was no surprise that he provided a very thorough inspection of our home with a detailed follow-up report with action items and recommended timelines to resolve these potential issues. Tom is really an expert in his field and knows which stone to overturn to look for problems. Buying a home during a pandemic had many restrictions, one of which included a very short time frame to conduct a good home inspection. However, Tom made it happen and found a way of inspecting every area of the house and provided us with a 50 page report of all of his findings along with high resolution pictures. He is easy to speak to and will make himself available post inspection to walk you through the report and explain his findings. Thank you Tom for your exceptional service!

    Home inspection

    I am quite satisfied with the home inspection done by Thomas (Tom). He thoroughly inspected and explained everything in a simple language. I truly recommend him.

    Home Inspection - New Purchase/Old House

    Tom at ClearView Home Inspection was welcoming and professional from our first phone call - always promptly returning calls and emails during a very busy home financing/hot housing market period. Tom took time to go through the process, all details and always paused to make space for questions. The home inspection itself was very informative, having learned a lot from that process and feeling supported with some calls after the inspection to clarify details within the report. As a first time house purchaser (leaving the condo market), it was very overwhelming but Tom made it more comfortable with an honest assessment of things I'll have to keep an eye one. I truly appreciate the detail and thorough approach. Thank you.

    They Understood My Home Perfectly

    I was give a pdf of the report (with photos) which has since allowed me to follow up on some issues. It was an honest and thorough look at things that would not have been noticed otherwise. Highly recommend.

    Three (!) home inspections well done

    We used Tom at CVHI for three separate home inspections when looking to buy a house and he was very helpful! He provided clear and honest information about our house, including his recommendations for remediation. He did so in clear language for new homebuyers and provided the Inspection Report in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

    Home inspection service

    Tom completed a home inspection service for me. Without a doubt one of the most professional individuals I've worked with. The whole process from the appointment booking and communications prior, to the actual inspection day, everything was so smooth and done in a professional and customer oriented manner. I'm extremely happy with the service Tom provided, as he is very detailed oriented, and also takes the time to explain all details. The report that he provided contains everything I need to know about my house. Thank you Tom for the great service.

    Home Inspection service

    Thank you so much Tom for your work inspecting our potential new property.Very friendly and knowledgeable.He was very thorough during inspection and explained everything found along the way .     Pre-listing home inspection

    My experience with CVHI was a very positive one, right from the very beginning with my initial telephone inquiry. Tom was extremely professional, helpful and patient in answering all my questions and in ensuring that I understood the entire process. I was able to schedule an inspection with very little notice, he was punctual, efficient, and the inspection report was sent to us in a very timely manner. Tom also even made himself available on several occasions following the inspection. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and would hesitate to recommend CVHI and/or use their services again.

    Home inspection

    Tom did our home inspection and we couldn’t be happier. He is extremely detail-oriented and professional. We got the infra-red camera inspection and it showed us where the house had cold air/humidity infiltration. Very informative. I highly recommend Clearview and Tom!
