    Home Inspection

    Clearview Home & Property Inspections (Tom) is an excellent service firm to work with. The inspector was a thorough professional and he is very knowledgeable. The inspector has done a complete inspection from the roof to attic to basement and even the interlocks and driveway. At the end there is no area that's left unaccounted. The inspector had a lot of patience to wait for us and address our questions or concerns. It was a wonderful learning experience for first time home buyers. The final report is very detailed and it will tell you what are things that need your immediate attention and what can wait. Highly recommend to use the company and Tom. You will have great peace of mind.

    Home Inspection

    We had a home inspection done by Clearview and I was incredibly satisfied with the level of detail Tom provided both during our walk through of the home together and in the post inspection report he promptly emailed to us. He was quick to point out some safety issues that would immediately require our attention and was also open to discussing some pragmatic cost saving fixes we could explore for other non safety related observations. At no point did we feel rushed. He is a true professional with a deep understanding of the industry and I would absolutely recommend him to any family and friends who needed an inspection done in the GTA.

    Home inspection

    We used Clearview Home & Property Inspections for home inspection of our new home. Tom made himself available within a couple of days notice which we were quite grateful. He did a thorough inspection of our property, was extremely detailed oriented, and went over everything with us after. We were quite happy with the service provided and highly recommend them.     Home Inspection - First Home

    I was recommended the services of Tom at Clearview by a good friend of mine who recently bought his first home. He was impressed at Tom's thoroughness. I quickly booked Tom to visit the property the day after closing. Tom was fantastic to work with. He was professional, punctual and thorough. After inspecting each section of the house, he would chat with me about what he saw and answered any questions I had. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone, not just first time home buyers.

    home and property inspection

    I’m very happy with the service provided by Clearview. This was the second time I have asked this company and Tom in particular to inspect the property we wanted to purchase. Tom is very knowledgeable and experienced. He explained every aspect of the process, very detail oriented and thorough. I’m extremely please with the overall experience. Thank you!

    Clearview Home and Property Inspections

    My husband and I worked with Tom at CVHI and were very pleased with the level of service, quality, convenience, and overall performance. Tom conducted an Extended Inspection with thermal imaging for us, and later an air quality sampling and mould sampling test. He was consistently professional, courteous, prompt, took the time to explain all steps and scope thoroughly, and checked to make sure all our questions were answered. The reports were easy to read with clear photos and included a helpful list of basic home repair price ranges. Tom also offered a collection of reputable contractors that we could reach out to for repair work, and updated the home inspection report when an added item was noticed on a second visit due to a change in weather. Overall we highly recommend Clearview Home & Property Inspections and would readily suggest them to anyone looking for such services.

    Pool inspection, did everything we needed

    All good, everything went as expected. I was able to book a pool-only inspection with a few days' notice. He showed on time and showed the things he noticed. He wasn't able to check absolutely everything because it wasn't opened for the season yet, but pointed out a few things to watch out for. We got a walkthrough at the end, then a written report sent electronically after. No muss, no fuss, no drama, which is exactly what we wanted during the stress of buying a house.

    Comprehensive Home Inspection

    We hired Clearview Home & Property Inspections to inspect a townhome prior to finalizing the offer at the recommendation of our friend and we were very happy with the decision. The company website clearly listed different scopes and rates, allowing homeowners to have a good idea of what to expect ahead of the appointment. We elected “Extended Plus Home Inspection”. Tom was our home inspector and not only was he very responsive, he was very resourceful, professional and patient. He came with a complete set of tools and combed through the property meticulously. Tom explained all the deficiencies he noted and provided us with a report within the same business day. Our real estate agent, who accompanied us during the home inspection, also noted Tom was the most detailed home inspector he had seen in his 20-year career, which says a lot. Tom was also very helpful with follow-up questions that we had and provided the much needed confidence for us to proceed with the property transaction. Overall, Clearview Home & Property Inspections is a trustworthy and professional company that we highly recommend.

    Home inspection

    Tony was quite lovely. Arrived on time and started prior to my arrival. Explained the steps clearly and made sure I was involved and satisfied with the explanation. Performed home inspection post purchase. No complaints. Gave us good advice of things to do and in what priority. Would use again
