    Home Inspection and Thermal Imaging

    Tom was referred to for a home inspection in Brampton. He was very thorough and went out of his way to ensure I understood what he was describing. He performed a detailed inspection and I feel very confident about the condition of the house. His report will also help me plan the work that must be done. Very good inspection! Thank you Tom

    Home Inspection

    We found a nice home in central Toronto and as first time home buyers we wanted to it properly inspected. We contacted Clearview and there were able to schedule the inspection on the same day. Tom was very thorough and described issues in a way that was clear to us. He was very polite and professional.

    Home Inspection

    We found an older bungalow in western Toronto and contacted Tom to perform a home inspection. He was able to accommodate our need for a quick turn around and came in on short notice. He was clear, and careful in his explanations, and was patient in answering our questions, and giving us the time we needed to ask them. He produced a comprehensive report which included pictures and supporting material. Nice guy, too.

    Home Inspection and Thermal imaging

    Good job! Tom came highly recommended and I consequently engaged him to perform a home inspection for my mother-in-law's home. I found Tom to be an extremely knowledgable and personable professional who provided me great insight into all major and minor deficiencies with the property being inspected. Tom not only took the time to conduct the home inspection, but also explained the issues that he found with the home and clearly told me how issues could be resolved. The infrared camera was very cool too. I would highly recommend Tom's services to anyone looking for a thorough home inspection.

    Home Inspection and Infrared

    Great Service. Tom was able to help us by conducting a home inspection and suppling a report that we are using to completed the Tarion form. His report is very detailed and informative. We are very happy with the work that was done and highly recommend working with Tom. We will sure contact Tom in the future.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Camera Scan

    Tom was referred to me by a close friend who I trust implicitly. Having dealt with a few previous home inspections, I could tell that Tom was an inspector of integrity and substance. He effectively guided me through the house, identify issues and explaining the implications. He conducted himself very professional and even offered to assist if I had questions after the inspection. For the above reasons I give Tom top marks and recommend his services.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    Tom from Clearview home inspections was fantastic. We hired him based on the reviews he received on HomeStars and we are so happy we did. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He provide us with excellent information for our Tarion form submission and even home maintenance tips. His report was incredible and very easy to understand. We are totally satisfied with his inspection and have already given his card to other on my street who I'm sure will be giving Tom a call as well. Excellent job Tom, thanks so much.

    Home Inspection

    After reading the numerous positive reviews on the Homestars, we decided to call Clearview to see for ourselves if he's as good as the reviews say. We spoke to Tom for over a half hour on the phone and suffice it to say we asked him to be our home inspector. He's so enthusiastic with his work and he is very knowledgeable and patient. We put an offer on a house on a Friday. Tom was able to inspect the property the next day...a Saturday. He pointed every deficiency and taught us many maintenance tips. He also made sure we understood what was urgent and what could wait. Last but not least, he was professional, pleasant and personable. We would definitely like to recommend him to anyone who needs a responsible and qualified home inspector.

    Clearview home inspections was fantastic!! After reading their great reviews we knew we wanted them to inspect our potential new home. I thought i knew a lot about homes because I like to learn and watch many of the popular home improvement shows on TV. After watching Tom go through this house meticulously, I realize how little I actually know. Oh well, the learning continues. Our inspector Tom was very knowledgeable and encouraged questions if I didn't understand something. The thermal camera was very cool and picked up some hidden moisture spots in the walls which he easily explained to us. Overall, great inspection and would definitely recommend!

    Home Inspection

    Best inspection ever! I hired Clearview to inspect this older home in toronto. I new that there would be issues. I'm so happy we found Tom because he undcovered a whole bunch of other issues I had no idea about. It would have costed us an extra $50,000 to bring it up to where it needs to be. We didn't buy this property and we will certainly be using Tom again for the next house we look at. Amazing job...thanks so much
