    Pre Purchase Home Inspection

    Great inspection! We hired Tom base in his good reviews on Homestars. He was extremely thorough and uncover several issues that even the existing homeowners were not aware of. He was easy to follow and understand and gave us confidence in moving forward. We would highly recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    I saw a home me and my wife loved. It looked beautiful on the inside. Tom walk through the whole property with me. Tom climbed on the roof and found that it was old and need replacing. He found cracking in the foundation. He also found what might have been mold and asbestos. He took his time and did a great job.

    Walk through Inspection

    We've worked with Tom in the past and were very satisfied with his work. He is very knowledgeable and professional and we appreciated his unbiased opinions about this property we are interested in. He was very easy to speak with and really took our interests to heart. Great job Tom.

    Home Inpsection

    Tom was great - we were able to book him on short notice for a home inspection. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had in a easy to understand manner. He thoroughly went through the house and explained everything in detail which is very comforting to a new home owner. Thanks so much Tom!

    Great Inspection, Great sacrifice

    We found a house which we loved for the unique yard, sunroom and pool landscaping. Given the sale price we wanted to have a thorough inspection performed. During a showing to family/friends (after offer was submitted) I found water damage from what I believed were foundation cracks. My heart sank at the thought that I would moving 2 young kids and a newborn into a mouldy mess. I read reviews and placed calls in to various inspectors seeking someone extremely thorough and capable of taking IAQ samples if needed. I decided to go with Tom, as he was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable in all correspondence we had, and boy was I glad I did. Tom spent 4 hours with me going through the home top to bottom, inside and out, and as much as it pains me to say this, I'll be booking Tom again this week (if all goes well). His confirmation with moisture readings and thermal allowed me to prove my case to the seller, but apparently not all of us are as demanding on the sanitary state of our children's dwelling so.....Tom, we'll be seeing you again soon.     Home Inspection

    Very good inspection! We decided to purchase the house and were able to negotiate a better price becuase of the home inspection conducted by Tom. We realize that the house would need work since it is older and feel that there are no structural issues and the issues identified can be fixed. I would recommend Tom's services for those in need of a home inspection.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    Excellent! Tom was referred to me for a pre purchase inspection and I'm very pleased with his work. Although I was unable to attend the inspection due to other commitments, Tom's inspection report was so thorough I felt like I was there. Tom acted professional thorough the home purchase process and even the home seller was impressed. Great job Tom I would highly recommend. Thank you

    Home Inspection

    Great job Tom! We were very impressed by how professional and knowledgeable Tom conducted himself during the inspection. Not only was he easy to understand and follow but even the way he responded to my questions. It was clear to me that he is very experienced and genuinely cared about our interests.     Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    Nice job! We were very pleased with his inspection. We needed to complete our Tarion 1 year warranty form. Tom went through the house in great detail and found numerous items that the builder must address. He took photographs of those trouble spots and provided us with a written report, including the photographs, within 24 hours. We will use his report to complete our Tarion warranty form. He was professional, pleasant and personable. We would definitely like to recommend him to anyone who needs a responsible and qualified home inspector.
