    Home inspection

    It was such a great experience working with Tom. He was very thorough in his inspection and explained every step along the way and provided great information and recommendations. We left feeling confident in our decision. Tom made the process very easy and answered all our questions Highly recommend his services.

    Home Inspection

    Tom is the most professional inspector that I have had the pleasure to work with. He was on time for the appointment, very thorough and attentive to details that would have been missed by most. He took the time and patience to explain everything that every homeowner should know. I'd highly recommend his services to anyone in need of inspections for their properties.

    Home Inspection

    We used Tom from Clearview for our home inspection. He was very thorough and we were very happy with his attention to detail. Highly recommended to anyone looking to have an inspection.

    Home Inspection

    The Clearview Agent (Tom) was extremely professional and provided great service. He took the time to 1st explain what the process was going to be and as well made sure that I had clear understanding of each phase of the inspection. He took his time and left no stone unturned. At the end of the inspection Clearview quickly followed up with a detailed report highlighted all items identified. I have peace of mind that a proper home inspection was conducted and would highly recommend their services.

    1ST time buyer full home inspection Janetha Niles

    Recommend by my realtor I did not know what to expect as a 1ST time buyer. I was put at ease by the professional manner and knowledge. Every step and observation was explain in full detail to my satisfaction. I was very impress by his knowledge of the interior and exterior of the property.

    Home Inspection

    The inspection was awesome, very professional and concise. The inspector explained everything he did before doing it. I would definitely use them and recommend them.

    Home Inspection

    Tom was very helpful identifying issues we would not have on our own during our home inspection, as we were getting ready to submit our 1 year Tarion form to the builder. Tom also helped walk us thorough other things to keep in mind to properly maintain and look after the new home.

    Condo technical inspection

    I had a home inspection for my condo prior to purchase. I worked with Tom. He is a great guy, very pleasant to work with. He knows his job. He did my inspection in a timely manner, explained every step and answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend him.
