    The most thorough inspector

    We used Tom twice to do the home inspection to buy a house and I can say that both times he saved us a lot of money by being the most thorough with his findings. We used him for the pre-inspection and he identified some issues which helped us in deciding how much money we wanted to offer, considering some costly (but not visible) repairs that needed to be done. The second time we used Tom to do an inspection on the house with the conditional offer. As a result of his findings, we were able to use the report to renegotiate for the sellers to complete some costly repairs, saving us thousands.

    Pre-purchase Inspection

    To give us confidence in putting down a no-condition offer, we had Tom do an inspection on a house we were interested in. The inspection took approximately two hours. Tom was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. After he completed each step of the inspection on his own, he showed us the potential issues that he found and explained what needed to be done to fix them. At the end of the process, we received a detailed electronic report. Although we didn't end up buying this house, we were happy with the inspection. As first time buyers, we appreciated the time and extra care that Tom took to explain things to us. It was a learning experience as much as an inspection and now we know what to look for when we view other houses.

    home inspection

    Thomas did a great work and used advanced technology during the inspection. He will provide you a proper and systematic report of your inspection with estimate price for home improvement. i would definitely recommend them

    Home Inspection

    Very pleased with the level of professionalism during and after the inspection. They were very thorough and took the time to clearly explain their findings (never felt like he was in a rush). This is my 4th home inspection and would rate this experience at the top. I would recommend their service.

    Great home inspection

    I had a great experience working with Tom. I'm a new home owner and I really enjoyed how professional he was. He explained the entire process and felt he was quite thorough in his inspection. I would definitely recommend him!

    Home Inspection

    I purchased a new property and have ClearView to come and do the inspection and I was very satisfied with their services. Tom was very professional and came on time at the property. He explained thoroughly about the inspection process. He completed inspection on each floor and then took me inside to show me what he found out for each floor . He also took photos that he added in the report. Reports came in the evening with details and high quality photos. I have no hesitation in recommending clearview for home inspection..

    Super great

    We bought an 29 years old house and require home inspection. We lucky found Clearview via internet. Tom arranged the appointment on the next day to fit our schedule. Our inspector, Andrew, is very knowledgeable, professional. He arrived 10 minutes ahead of the appointment. He did very thorough inspection of the entire house and took enough time to explain us details, give us very useful information regarding future maintenance. Their infrared imaging gave us peaceful mind of the house. Highly recommended this is to anyone who buy an old house.

    Home Sale Inspection

    Tom did an excellent job explaining the inspection process, the reasons behind the checks that he was doing and what the findings were. Would definitely use him again in the future.

    Property Inspection for self assessment of property

    I just wanted to get my property checked and get an idea where it stands. I picked up CVHI and I can say that it was a good decision. Tom was thorough and patiently explained each area and its state. I will anytime recommend CVHI & Tom for inspection purposes.

    Pre purchase home inspection in Oakville

    As a first time homebuyer, it was critical for me to have a thorough home inspection done. I was very satisfied with the service provided by clearview, specifically Thomas. We opted for their Healthy Home Inspection (Package 4) which includes a tradition test + thermal scan of the structure + air quality tests. Although expensive, I was impressed with the depth of the testing done, as well as the friendly way in which Thomas went about explaining the methodology and results. Would surely recommend their services to other home owners.
