Professional, thorough and accurate is my best description for the service provided by Clearview. It started with a clear explanation if what would be done, how long it should take and what would be provided at the end of the process.
We very much appreciated that Tom was able to adjust his schedule at the last minute to accommodate us, arrived on time and completed his work in the estimated timeframe. He performed a very detailed inspection that actually picked up on a few issues we had no idea existed. Once the inspection was completed, Tom took the time to explain what he had found and gave us an opportunity to provide additional information. Each issue noted was accompanied by a suggestion on how to resolve and this was done in a very curteous and respectful manner. Later that evening the entire inspection was summaruzed and made available in a very professional report ... just as promised.
I don't know if everything I have mentioned is standard practice in the industry, but the very professional and confidence inspiring way it was done certainly cannot be the norm. Given this, I would not hesitate to use Clearview again and heartily recommend their service to anyone interested.
