    Home inspection

    Tom conducted a home inspection on three properties we were considering for purchase. Thanks to his thorough and professional inspection, we were deterred from over spending on a property that had mold in the attic. Thank you Tom for being so thorough and professional and for being so patient with us.

    Home Inspection

    Tom was incredible. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to go through every single question we had. The home inspection report he provided us with was extremely extensive and very organized. Our experience with ClearView gave us confidence in the purchase of our home.

    Home Inspection

    Tom was thorough and patient. He explained everything he went through and answered all our questions. The document he sent us with our home inspection was easy to understand and very helpful.

    Home Inspection

    The Home Inspector was very thorough and really helpful in explaining the observations and getting the home inspection report to us the same day. Gave us reassurance and peace of mind for the purchase of our new home.

    House inspection

    Tom was so thorough and clear with his explanations. Really took the time to make sure I understood what he was explaining. He was also very knowledgeable. Would use again and highly recommended.

    Home Inspection

    As a first time home buyer, Tom was great at helping me through my first inspection and making sure I understood it. He was very friendly, helpful, and made himself available to answer any questions I had after everything was complete.

    Quality home inspection

    I had a great home inspection experience with Tom. He guided and educated us throughout the inspection process, highlighting potential issues or concerns and answering all our questions in detail. Further, he was also available post inspection and timely responded to our queries re the inspevtion report. I would highly recommend Tom as he is one of the best home inspectors!

    Home inspection

    We had Tom complete a home inspection for us. He was accommodating with our schedule and patiently explained everything to us. Tom even took the time to answer additional questions on the phone. Highly recommend!

    Home Inspection

    We have used Thomas twice for pre sales home inspection. What attracted us to Clearview was the extra options for pool and spa inspection; very rare to find this. Thomas was flexible and understanding due to a potential scheduling conflict. He was thorough and knowledgeable. Due to the in depth nature of the home inspection, we were able to make an informed decision regarding home purchase. As stated, we have used Clearview for two home inspections and plan to use again in the future.
