Home Inspection
Tom was very thorough and professional in his service for our new home inspection. He's very patient and takes time to go over ever detail with you without feeling rushed. Overall the experience was way above my expectations and actually enjoyable. Definitely worth every penny... Thanks again Tom.

Home Inspection
Tom did our home inspection, we were truly impressed by his work. He went through every detail and explained us all the issues. Being 1st time home buyers we had a lot of questions and Tom was very patient in answering each one of those. Lastly the report shared by Tom highlighted all the findings in great detail.

Condo Inspection
Tom was absolutely amazing! He made us feel comfortable and explained everything along the way. Would highly recommend!

Home inspection
Very satisfied with the service provided by Clearview Home and Property Inspections. Tom was our inspector and he was absolutely amazing. He took the time and with great patience, explained every step of the process. He was very thorough and gave us advice and and recommendations on further repairs and prevention. Home inspection
Tom was extremely helpful as we went through the home inspection. He took time and care to go through all aspects of the house and provided a thorough report. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a home inspector to hire Clearview homes

Home inspection
We looked and researched for an industry best for the inspection of our newly purchased home. Having read the positive reviews we decided to give clear view a try. Tom came on time, prepared and with a smile. We were thoroughly impressed by his candid, professionalisms and most of all solid knowledge of inspecting the unknown. Tom explained every aspect of every corner of the house to us in terms we could understand. When his reports for air quality came back with mould in the house, we called Tom twice, once for myself and once for him to explain the findings to my wife. Tom explained things the way he would to a family member. He put us as ease by looking for things we didn’t know to look for. Trust in the quality- Tom is experienced and well rounded in his field. Home inspection
They did a great job doing home inspection for our new home. They were very thorough in their inspections and provided us detailed report of any issues. Highly recommend if u need to do home inspection

Home inspection
I had the opportunity to work with Tom for my home inspection. He was very knowledgable and spent his time going through all the details and answering all my questions. He wanted to make sure I understood everything as a first time home buyer. I highly recommend his excellent services!

Home Pre-purchase Inspection
Tom was very professional and organized in his approach. I thought I had a good level of knowledge, but Tom's observations surprised me. He communicated the issues clearly and made certain we understood the ramifications of each observation. We were very pleased.

Home inspection
Tom was outstanding - highly recommend him! He was very thorough, clear and friendly. Knows his stuff. Thermal imaging added extra peace of mind.
