Buyer's home inspection
Tom is methodical and very thorough in his work. He also took the time to explain all the issues he found in a neutral light and language that a layperson would easily understand. I'm reasonably confident that he found every issue a person could find in a non-destructive home inspection and would retain his services again in the future should I need to. Would recommend Tom to anyone looking for a home inspector in the GTA

Home Inspection
The company, through their their very competent, experienced and affable inspector Tom Rando, carries out Home Inspection of my home. I wanted an objective assessment of my 15 year old home to develop a deferred maintenance plan.

Home inspection
Tom was very thorough and explained everything to us in simple terms about the inspection. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and we are extremely pleased with his work.

Home Inspection
CLEARVIEW conducted a home inspection on a home that I purchased. The inspector was very thorough, very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I was extremely satisfied.

Home inspection
Tom was professional and courteous. Took the time to explain things in great detail which was awesome since this is a purchase of our first home. I’d gladly recommend Tom’s work to any of my friends or family.

Performed home inspection thoroughly by explaining in great detail all aspects of the inspection and sending a detailed report after the end of the inspection

Highly Recommended Home Inspector
Tom did excellent job inspecting our house (it was pre-purchase inspection). Answered all my questions and gave a lot of hints/tips as to where it can be improved and what to look for in short and long term. Highly recommend Tom for buyer's pre-purchase inspection and will definitely hire him again. Thanks Tom.

Tom provided an extremely thorough home inspection and answered questions about the house with clarity and specifics. My family has never really thought of home inspection as being useful nor valuable based on our past three experiences. In the past other services answered our questions with "We can't guarantee that" or "probably needs to be replaced in the future." And two months after we moved into that old house, it leaked water everywhere from the roof and windows. Let alone the AC was dead but was told "functional...." in the report... So yes... Home inspection never was high on our book of appreciated. HOWEVER, Tom shed a new light to what all home inspectors ought to be. I will definitely use his service again and refer to my family and friends. Anything that we weren't sure of during the inspection, Tom clarified and explained what is properly needed to be up to code. Aside from the home inspection Tom did for us, I think we learned so much about the property in that time, it was worth the money for knowledge gained so we know what to look for during house shopping.

Home Inspection
Tom was outstanding during our home inspection. We weren't sure what to expect going into the process. He was professional, prepared and incredibly detailed in his feedback. He took time to review the elements of the house that required attention and provided a very thorough report that will be invaluable to us as homeowners. He also handled our many questions with such patience and kindness. We felt very confident in our inspection afterwards and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a quality home inspection.
