    Home Inspection

    Tom did a wonderful job on our home inspection, we were very impressed and completely satisfied with the inspection process of our first property. Tom was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and showed up before scheduled time. He went through the home meticulously and explained many things to us which we were not aware of. The inspection was for around 2 hours and by the end of the inspection we knew the true condition of the house and the items that needed attention. We are very grateful for Tom's work and would definitely recommend his services. Great job Tom! Thanks so much.

    Home inspection

    The service was great. Tom was very responsive, showed up on time, and was very thorough during the inspection. He explained everything that he was going to do and why. The price was also reasonable. He will be my go-to inspector from now!!

    Home inspection

    Tom is a dedicated and savvy professional. He went through every detail of the house with us and left no stone unturned. I highly recommend his services to anyone who needs a well done home inspection.

    Highly recommended

    Tom was great, he was very prompt , friendly and did a great job with the inspection of our home. He went through the house with us and explained everything that he saw. I would highly recommend Clearview.

    Home Inspection

    Used Clearview for an inspection on a purchase of a home built in 1967. Tom was worth every penny. Provided great insight and recommendations. Went over and beyond the service we expected. Will definitely be contacting him for future inspections.

    Home Inspection

    Tom was informative and very diligent in the inspection. He makes sure you understand everything that he says and goes beyond and above your expectations. He will make sure you understand what are the issues that should be taken seriously and the ones that are only minor annoyances. He did 2 inspections and we pulled out of the first offer after he found high moisture levels in one of the basement wall. We are glad that we didn’t end up with a house with foundation problems. Home inspections are a must and I would highly recommend Tom to anyone.

    Home Inspection

    I would like to thank Tom for his great service. He is a very easy individual to talk to and really walks you through the each step. Very informative and the online reporting system is great. Highly recommend him to anyone considering a home inspection.

    Home inspection

    The home inspection was done professionally; any questions I had before or during the inspection were answered. Tom was very easy to approach and informed me of any concerns that I needed to be aware of. The report was submitted on time and was very informative.

    Home Inspection

    Tom did a fantastic job on our home inspection. He is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, went over the property multiple times and answered all of our questions with a thorough response. The home inspection report was completed on the same day: it was concise, well written, and included pictures and thermal imaging. I would have no problem recommending Tom and Clearview to friends and family.
