House
Tom did a great job. He is very professional and supportive. He has extended knowledge of home inspection and building code. He responsive and explains all details. He takes the time to go through all items step by step. He presents a comprehensive and understandable report same day. I requested a mold test and it appeared to be a right decision. I strongly recommend him.

Home inspection
I had a great experience with Clearview and would highly recommend Tom for your home inspection. He's prompt, friendly and professional. He's thorough in his inspection and takes the time to explain everything that he's checking. The turn around time for his report is quick and detailed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom to friends or family.

Very Professional and Clear
We are in the process of purchasing an older home so we needed to make sure we got someone who really knew what they were doing. Tom was recommended to us and I could not have been happier with the service! He was very thorough and clearly explained every part of the inspection. He also made sure that we understood the process as we went through the inspection together. It was clear that Tom knew what he was doing and his attention to detail really made me feel confident that nothing had been missed. I will use him again and recommend him for any home inspection!

Condo Inspection
We are first time newbuild condo buyers. Tom from Clearview dealt with several reschedulings of our pre-delivery inspection by the developer without issue, arrived early when the meeting finally occurred and took time to brief us on what to expect. During the actual tour of the unit he discreetly went about his work while we were talking with the developer's representative. His inspection uncovered a number of deficiencies, including electrical and potential waterproofing problems, that we would never have been aware of from a simple visual examination. Several hours later he provided us with a detailed written report of his findings. We have no hesitation in recommending him highly to anyone who needs such a service.

Home Inspection Services
I can confidently say that choosing Clearview to conduct the most through and detail oriented home inspection for our new home was the easiest decision! From reading all the other 5 star reviews I knew that choosing Clearview would not only provide the necessary service but also go above and beyond - which Tom did! He took the time to educate me on how to manage my new home with the specific layout and systems we have but also simply taught me the basics. I am a first time home owner and appreciate his work and felt more secure in knowing he had inspected our home. The detailed report and follow up shows that Clearview isn't just in it for the basic needs of clients but they hope to be the best in the industry and set higher standards!

Home Inspection
I used Clearview Home Inspections for our new home we purchased. From the first phone until the last email correspondence Tom was very professional and knowledgeable. Tom was very thorough and very detailed during the whole process. I would definitely recommend Clearview and if we ever buy another home in the future will hire them again for sure. Thank you Tom.

Home Inspection with Thermal Imaging
My wife and I purchased a bungalow built in the 50's. Being our first detached house, we wanted to make sure there were no hidden "surprises" in the house. We hired Clearview to do a standard home inspection and thermal imaging. Tom contacted me very quickly and explained the scope of work that he would perform along with the pricing. When he arrived earlier than our agreed upon time, I knew that I had hired a good company. He explained the steps to the inspection process, and the order in which he was going to do the inspection. He found a few small issues with the building but overall nothing major. His thorough report gave us a good checklist for things to work on over the next few years. The thermal imaging scan gave us confidence that the building was insulated correctly and nothing strange was lurking behind the walls and ceilings. I would highly recommend Tom and his team!

Home Inspections - Markham
We went to Clearview to get 3 home inspections (Seller insp, Buyer insp x 2) within two months. Tom was always flexible with his schedule and very responsive! The inspection reports are also very thorough and services don't stop when the report is submitted as Tom answers any follow up questions right away.

Home inspection
We hired clearview to do a home inspection for us, Thomas was professional and contacted me earlier to go through the details. The report itself was also well written and detailed. It was a pleasure to work with them.
