    Home inspection

    Tom did our home inspection. He was very thorough and his report very helfull, pointing out things to keep an eye on and tips we could use. We were very satisfied by his job.

    Great Home Inspector!

    This is my second time using Clearview Home & Property Inspections service. Every experience has been great, informative and comforting. The home inspector walked us though every part of our home, and was able to catch various deficiencies that we didn't see.

    Home Inspection

    Tom at Clearview was referred to me by my Royal Le Page agent and friend Malvina Filipkowska. She reinforced the referral because she similarly had no doubt in Tom's ability to assess this home. Tom's job was essential to this process. He arrived on time, with no hesitate to answer any questions I had. The process began with the exterior inspection which, during the fall months was to my advantage for both interior and exterior guidance. I also had the flexibility to be as pro-active as I wanted to be during the inspection. This was so much more than just a home inspection to close a sale, it was about the value he can provide you about how things work. Having downsized from a newer, larger family home, I couldn't imagine skipping Tom's home inspection regardless of the situation you're walking into. Tom's follow up report content 50+ pages to reference the 'laundry list' but more so, the fact that I walked away with the knowledge was more important. After the house closed, Tom followed up with my questions and i'll be sure to contact him in the future. That's the difference between making informed decisions, neglecting and/or applying the advice, and relying on someone. The value was there. Inspection: Oct 2018 Invoice: #3412

    Home Inspection

    We have had Tom do 3 inspections for ourselves and Family plus Bob do an inspection of a log house for us. They are always on time, proffessional, experienced and thorough! We are bery happy with all the work they have done for us over the years! Excellent inspection company!

    Tom did a great job , highly professional and work on all the detailed you need for your new home I am highly recommend him for home inspection

    Home inspection

    Tom Rando from Clearview Home & Property Inspections was the person we dealt with regarding our home inspection. Tom was very polite and detailed in all his communications as well as during the on-site inspection. He always gave us ample time to ask questions. The final report was in our hands within a day which was great! As a first time home buyer, we really appreciated his thorough explanations and a super friendly attitude. Most importantly, his professional experience and a keen eye on the state of the house was the most valuable part of the service.

    Home inspection

    Tom went above and beyond and really took his time with our home inspection. He answered every question I had and was extremely thorough. He had great suggestions for how to protect our home once we move in, which was greatly appreciated.

    Home Inspection

    Tom was outstanding to work with. Before our home inspection he spent time to walk through a sellers home inspection and answer any questions we had from that document. The day of the inspection Tom was thoughtful and did not rush at all.

    Home Inspection

    Tom was so friendly and extremely thorough. He made sure we understood everything and answered all of the questions we had. He gave us suggestions to make minor improvements to our home. The document he provided us made us feel secure with our purchase. Thanks Tom!
