House inspection
Tom was very friendly and approachable. He gave us a professional and detailed inspection of our new home. He answered all our questions with patience. I would highly recommend him!

Pre purchase home inspection
On very short notice Tom came and performed a home inspection for us. He was very patient with all my questions and took time to explain why he was doing what he was doing to make sure I understood the results and recommendations.

Home inspection prior to purchase
Tom is a very detail oriented inspector. He took the time to go through each level of the home throughly, and you never felt he was rushing to get the inspection done quickly. He took the time to answer questions during and after the inspection. Even if some time had passed, he kept detailed records that he openly and happily answers your question or concerns. Will definitely not hesitate to recommend and hire him again for future inspections.

Basic Home Inspection
Tom was extremely professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. He took the time to explain the process and go through the details of our inspection with us. Would highly recommend.

Home inspection

Pre-Purchase Home Inspection
Clear View Home Inspector is the best I have seen so far. The company was recommended by a friend. When I called to book an appointment I spoke with Tom, who actually came for the inspection. I really love and appreciate his timeliness and professionalism during the home inspection, especially his honest builds and advise. Home Inspection
I was kind of scared to find out too much about my home, since it dates back to the 1940's. But knowledge is power, and thanks to Tom and his very detailed report, I have been able to take a pro-active approach, and get the things done that really needed attending to, such as the safety issues that went with the old wiring. There were other things that did not need attending to right away, but that Tom said I should think about having done at some point in order to avoid problems later on. There are also some great things I found out about my house as well! Thanks to Tom I know my house so much better now, and I have his very detailed report to refer to for He is also very professional, respectful, and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him without hesitation if you want to find out more about your house, especially if it's an older home like mine!

Tom was very thorough with the inspection and was always more than happy to answer any questions I may have. The report provided is extremely detailed and I have been using this to plan the projects that need to get done around the house. Tom is friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile!

Home Inspection
Tom was a very thorough inspector and was a pleasure to work with. We purchased the Extended Home Package to ensure a very thorough view of our new house (so it included the infrared camera and air sampling) and the entire process took approximately 4 hours. He took his time to ensure as new homeowners we understood not only the condition of the home, but that we would know how to take care of it moving forward. Tom walked us through the property and pointed out both potential issues and the severity and implications of those issues as well as opportunities to improve the home going forward as well. He was very patient and gave us the confidence we needed to move forward with our purchase. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of his assessment and the timeliness of his responses. Would highly recommend him, especially to a first time homeowner.

Mould Test
Tom is very thorough in his work ensuring the customer understands what he will be doing and when. And also ensuring the customer understands and is satisfied with the results. I have worked with Tom twice now and wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
