14 year's old home inspection
Tom, the inspector came to our home in an Sunday evening as that was the most convenient time for us. He is very knowledgeable and very professional that when we will need another inspection, we will not hesitate to ask him for it. Infrared inspection was fantastic, anyone who needs inspections should buy the package with infrared inspection.

Home Inspection
Tom from Clearview Home & Property Inspections was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to regarding our home inspection. Tom is very knowledgeable and very thorough with inspecting the entire home from the outside of the house (roof included) to the inside. Tom gave us excellent recommendations on anything that needed to be addressed immediately or could be taken care of in time. Tom was very organized and shared his plan on how he would perform the inspection. After each section of the home was inspected he summarized and showed us his findings and answered all of our questions during any time of the inspection. After the inspection, Tom provided us with a written summary of the inspection with his recommendations via e-mail, which we still reference. Tom also notified us, if we had any questions after our inspection to feel free to contact him at anytime. We are very satisfied with the inspection we received, and would recommend Clearview Home & Property Inspections.

Home inspection

Home inspection
We had been burned in the past by a bad home inspection that failed to detect expensive problems. This time around we were determined to hire the best. Tom was available on short notice and was very thorough. We opted for one of the more extensive packages that tests for mold and water damage, etc. Tom was very knowledgable and walked us through every part of the home. His report was extensive and very comprehensive (much more detailed than the home inspection conducted by the seller). There were a few concerns with the home and Tom was available several times to answer questions and help us understand what the concerns might be. It was a great experience and we will be using our report as roadmap for improvements over time. -Michelle

Home Inspection
Tom has done a very great job in home inspection. He is very kind and patient to our questions and the job with remarkable due delligence and care. I would highly recommend Clearview as your home inspector.

Home & Property Inspections
It is a bit late to write this review since I have been really busy with the moving. Mr. Rando did the home inspection for our purchase and we are quite satisfied with his work. Tom is a nice guy and very professional. Also he works methodologically and uses the time efficiently, very impressive. He explained his findings to us and always answered our question in great detail. His inspection helped us make the purchase decision. He would tell you both good or bad findings, remind you of the places you need to pay attention, elements that need maintenance, etc, and we already followed his suggestion, getting some maintenance work done right after move-in. Some ordinary stuff are often overlooked by people but a trained professional home inspector can tell you the story behind it, and Tom does it very well.

Home Inspection
Great service. Got an extended home inspection. Report was very thorough, clear, and easy to understand with actual photograph images of inspection points. The Representative very informative. Would definitely use again and recommend to others as I feel that it's very important to have a quality home inspection. Job well done.

Through inspection
As a professional engineer, I am a tough critic and go to great length to make sure I hire competent people. Tom was outstanding - he deserves the 5 start rating he has across the intenet. His inspection was quick, thorough and he identified areas of our purchased home which we were able have the builder pay to repair, saving us thousands. Would not have been possibel without his thorough approach. Tom was even kind enough to come back a couple of months later to help us re-check some items before our purchase closed. And if your ever need to find him - he is super responsive which is not easy to find in our city these days. Thank you Tom for your hard work, dedicated and through service!

Best ever home inspection!!!
Look no further! Tom Rando is simply the best! Through the years, I have been present for six home inspections. This surpassed them all. Tom is organized, precise, and thorough. As he progresses through the inspection, he clearly explains what he has inspected and what he has found. Great pictures as well. And he invites questions at any time. The final report was terrific in all respects - detailed with pictures and what needs to be done. It was a nice house from appearances, but If it hadn't been for Tom's excellent work, we could easily have bought a money pit. NEVER buy a home without a good home inspection. Tom is the man to do it!
