Home Inspection
On August 23rd I called Clearview Home & Property Inspections for a home inspection, on my recent residential purchase, and truly I was blown away with their first class service. Tom Rando was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had throughout the whole process. As we went through the house inspection together he gave me great advice and recommendations concerning the maintenance of my home. He took the time to explain and address any issues and overall put my mind at ease. Tom was great, the service was wonderful and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a quality home inspection done.

Home Inspection
Tom was willing to help us out in a bind and come on very short notice. He was on time and finished the inspection in a timely manner, however was very thourough. He completed the inspection in 3 parts and walked us through each part upon completion - putting all the data and pictures into a handy PDF that I'll likely be referencing for the next 10 years. He even has a cool IR camera that will catch dampness and other issues invisible to the eye. All-in-all a great experience - would definitely recommend Clearview to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Home inspection
The report was detailed and the recommendations appropriated! The inspector was meticulous during the inspection and showed us what he found!

Extended Condo Inspection (with Thermal Imaging)
Tom demonstrated what a pro should do. Arriving early, being cheerful, patient and strict forward; telling in advance what and how he will do the inspection; caring about our concerns; sending a full report by the end of the day. Glad to have the inspection finding hidden issues that can be fixed before closing.

Home Inspection
This is the 3rd time our family has used Clearview Home & Property Inspections for a home inspection prior to closing our sale. This is the company we trust most to ensure we get reliable, professional feedback related to homes. Purchasing a home is a big deal and Tom and team always help to ensure you get all the facts so you can make a conscientious decision. Home inspection
Hired CVHI to conduct a home inspection on my newly built home. Tom was my inspector (have spoken with Paul before too). Not only are they highly knowledgeable in this industry, but genuinely friendly too. Tom took the time to clearly explain every single little detail we asked about. And he took the time to inspect every corner. For a new home you wouldn't expect an inspector to find anything, but he did find things and he explained the long term implications if they weren't dealt with. Following the inspection, we received a fully detailed report only a few short hours later from Tom! The report was filled with tons of photos he took during the inspection and descriptions of the issues discovered as well as suggested level of urgency. Impressed by the service, knowledge, professionalism this company provided us! Highly highly recommend these guys!!

Home Inspection
Extended Plus Home Inspection (Package 3) - Extended Inspection service and air sampling for mould spores We have relied on Tom's services (Clearview Home & Property inspections) for over 5 years. In those years, thanks to his attention to detail, his work has helped us walk away from bad purchases or given us a better idea on the condition of a property. The latest inspection was our first out of GTA, Tom was there ahead of schedule and already in progress. His work is extensive and thorough, he is also great at helping you understand the needs for improvement - in a way that everyone will understand. This property was over 3000 sq ft, calling for a 3 hour window. The final reports included pictures and resources for solutions, they were completed very quickly, and Tom helped us by walking through key sections with his suggestions. We are very satisfied with another great experience and want to thank him for the great work that he does. If you are in the process of making an offer on a house and need to make sure that is the right investment for your family, get it done right the first time, make sure you call Tom.

Home inspection
Tom showed up on time and was very thorough throughout the inspection. He took his time answering all my questions and even answered some questions via phone after the inspection. Overall great service and would highly recommended!

Renovation work inspection
We hired Clearview Home & Property Inspections to review the workmanship of renovations in a property we purchased. Exactly like the 99% reviews presented, my experience with Thomas Rando (the home inspector), was amazing. A few things that stood out: 1. He took the time to explain all relevant details to me over phone and in person about the benefits and limitations of conducting a home inspection specifically in my case; 2. He was incredibly respectful of my property; 3. He is simply a fantastic person to talk to; 4. The report was sent within 24 hours! I will hire Tom again for my future inspection needs and highly recommend him.
