Home Inspection Package 2
Tom was amazing. He did a great job on walk us through the entire house and point out every single issue that he found out. He also listed all issues with pictures in the report. With the package 2, we can even know where we need to improve for the heat loss or potential leakage spot. Highly Recommend their service! And Definitely to get it before you buy the house!

Home Inspection
Tom at CVHI is great. The 'Package 2' is perfect for evaluating a home before committing to such a large purchase. Tom is professional and takes the time to explain his findings to you.

Home Inspection
Tom was kind and professional. He took his time to explain the issues throughout the inspection and provided a wonderful breakdown of everything in a well organized, easy to follow file. Very happy with the service! Would recommend Clearview Home Inspection.

Home inspection
As a first time home buyer, I didn't know what to expect from the home inspection. Tom made it very straightforward and transparent. He did a thorough job and explained every step along the way. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a home inspection.

Home Inspection
As a Real Estate Sales Rep, this was the second time I've had Clearview inspect a property and both inspections were as comprehensive as they were informative. The inspector was professional and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about the house and the structure of a home in general. Clearview's approach distinguishes itself from the competition by their tour-like explanation of the items being inspected and their knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations. Would recommend Clearview to anyone considering getting an unbiased, thorough and informative home or property inspection.

Everything was detailed, and explained in a language that someone who has not owned a home would be able to understand...

He was very helpful, thorough and I was very satisfied. Highly recommended. I have dealt with other inspectors in the past who aren't even on the same level

Home Inspection
We heard about Tom and his services through neighbours of ours who had also had Tom come to inspect their homes. We're really glad we did because Tom was super knowledgable and found and explained many things that we would have never caught on our own. Not only did he document his findings, he also took the time to explain to us what it meant and what we could do to remedy the situation. Furthermore, he sent us a very detailed report on the very same day. Great service and value from Tom. 100% recommend him if you are looking for a home inspection.

Tom was great! Very punctual, clean, and informative. We had noises coming from the attic, so decided to do a full home inspection, and i'm glad we did. The report was very detailed and included remedial steps. I would recommend clearview and specially Tom to whoever is looking to get the best service for their home inspection.
