Home Inspection for purchase of a new custom-build home
Tom was the epitome of what a knowledgeable, organized, courteous, and thorough professional should be. His entire process - from the information provided at first contact to the scheduling, planning, inspection itself, report generated, and follow up afterward were top notch. Tom knows his craft well and combines it with a patient approach to communication and education during the inspection process so that we were fully attuned to what was being reviewed and inspected in real-time. Tom will be highly recommended by us for anyone looking for home inspection services.

Building inspection
The inspector's name is Tom Rando from Clearview Home Inspection. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He took the time to explain the process and answered all the questions I had. The equipment he used was top-notched. He was very patient with my parents (who don't speak English), was willing to answer questions that didn't really make a lot of sense. He was also willing to take the time to offer us other advices which new home purchasers like my parents would find them extremely beneficial. No fancy talk, just candid and helpful advices. Summing up, I have no hesitation recommending Tom to my friends.

home inspection
we used Tom from Cleaview Home because of the reviews . I'm so glad we did. He was there early . He explained the entire process to me and was so patient even with my children 10 months and 9 years old. He went through the whole house. Roof , electrical . any moisture problems . He told me about windows and everything dangerous for my kids. we walked away from the home because of the many things wrong with it . If it wasn't for Tom we could've spent 30-50,000 on the home over 5 years. I would never use any other inspector. If you want a proper detailed report use Tom!! we're so happy and impressed by the level of expertise and professionalism with Tom and this company. I felt so secure knowing I had such a professional looking over such a big purchase .He answered every question I had and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. My realtor has used plenty of inspectors and she thought he was amazing. Even the seller was so shocked at what a detailed amazing report We got from Tom. We will most definitely be calling Tom on the next home we find . Thank you so Much Tom for putting us first and truly making sure you spotted anything wrong with the home . it was worth every penny ! Knowing Tom will find something if it's wrong or dangerous or not up to code makes me feel so much better about moving my kids into a home inspected by him . The best part of Toms inspection is that you can't change his opinion! the realtor or home owner isn't going to sway him ! He truly works for the buyer . He's so honest and kind and so very thorough. I barely had questions because Tom explained everything so I could understand it . I don't think I can explain what this man will crawl through or climb on to make sure the home is built right ! Tom you're an amazing home inspector and we appreciate everything you looked at and took the time to explain to us and we will see you soon ! Lorrie and Adam.

House inspection
Done fast and detailed expection was provided. Very efficient. Tom Rando, the inspector was easily reachable.

Home inspection
We hired Tom in May to do a home inspection. Tom was great. He is professional, knowledgeable and very approachable. His inspection is detailed and thorough. The pdf report included plenty of extra pictures outside of what he was required to inspect. We plan on using it as reference for our new home. As new home owners, he answered all of our questions and gave us his opinion on how to address all the issues in our inspection. Highly recommended.

Tom conducted a full house inspection for me and specifically spent extra time looking into areas I had questions and concerns with.

Home Inspection
Tom was very prompt to answer when contacted for a quote and very helpful and informative when briefing you about what to expect during the process. He was very thorough doing a home inspection and paid very, very close attention to the details. He was patient about answering our questions about the home being inspected. The report we received was exhaustive and will be a great resource for us to reference as we live in our home for years to come. Tom is great about answering questions even after the home inspection concluded. He is, by far, the best home inspector we've used. Would highly recommend Tom's services!

Home Inspection
Tom was great; very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. He offered clear explanations of both his services and his findings throughout the inspection and afterwards. He made sure he was available to answer follow-up questions over the phone. His infrared camera service was especially useful to us, since we have had moisture problems. Highly recommend his services.
