Thorough Inspection, Client-Friendly Approach, and Helpful Advice
I would totally recommend Tom from clearview home inspections - he was incredibly professional, reliable, and had a client oriented approach throughout. We had an hour visit scheduled to a property we just purchased which we'd known we would need to fix up. We asked Tom to come in to do an inspection to help us prioritize what renovations we should focus on first. Even though we only had an hour, Tom was able to do a through inspection and took time with us afterwards to walk us through the photos he took and share his findings in detail, answer all our questions, and give us some really helpful advice. By the end of the day he had emailed us a detailed report of his inspection including photos and recommendations. I emailed Tom a couple follow up questions a few days later and he called me within an hour to discuss. Very happy with the service.

Home inspection
Tom did a very thorough inspection. He took the time to explain his process, and what he was viewing. He walked us through the house several times to show us what he noticed.I would definitely recommend him and would also hire him in the future

Home inspection
Excellent job explaining any issues so that we understood timing and costs involved. Felt very comfortable with Tom and the thorough report submitted!

Inspection
One of the best inspection services that I ever received. It was very informative and educative. The inspection was also very interactive and engaging. We have all our questions answered I will highly recommend Tom.

Home Inspection
Tom answered the phone on the first ring. He was friendly and informative. He made himself available on very short notice (a very good thing when buyers have very little turnaround time!). He was professional, friendly, detail-oriented and did not make us feel rushed. He was flexible to our schedules and the willingness of the seller to allow his inspection. His report was complete within hours and he offered to discuss the report with us late into the night if needed. I cannot recommend Tom enough. He gave us confidence to bid on the home.

New Home
A couple of pointers below make Thomas Rando at Clearview Home & Property Inspections a great recommendation to anyone who is looking for a professional property inspector. • The customer experience with Thomas was pleasant. He took time to explain and was welcome any questions I may have. • Thomas was very knowledgeable and thorough. • During the home inspection, I also gained some useful information about my new home. • The inspection report was sent to us on the same day and included urgency levels with clear photos/diagrams/tips on what could be done to keep the home in a good condition. • The price was reasonable.

Home inspection w thermo and mold testing
Tom did a very thorough inspection. He took the time to explain his process, and what he was viewing. He walked us through the house several times to show us what he noticed. We were a little disappointed that there were not more thermo images included in the report, and would have rather walked through with him during the thermo imagining process. On the whole, we would definitely use him again for another house and would recommend him highly to anyone else.

Whole house

House inspection
We had a home inspection with Thomas Rando at Clearview Home & Property Inspections and he is definitely one of the best. He inspected every inch of our home and made sure that we were informed of all issues, as well as offered helpful solutions to fix the problems. He followed up with us and sent us a detailed report. I definitely recommend this company and Tom, you will not be disappointed.

Home inspection
Tom Lando from Clearview Home & Property Inspections provided exceptional service from the time we emailed him to post-home inspection. He was very efficient with answering my initial emails and provided a good range of options to choose from for the home inspection. Tom was meticulous, detailed with his inspection, thorough, very knowledgeable, and walked us through the entire inspection process. He provided us with recommendations on what issues needed our immediate attention and associated costs. We were very impressed with his detailed inspection report (and accompanying pictures) that he prepared for us within hours following the home inspection (he was mindful of the urgency of this report as we were bidding on a home the following morning). While we lost out on this house, we will definitely be using Tom in the near future when we are closer to finding our next home. His prices are fair and worth every penny and Tom is wonderful to deal with.
