Home Inspection
Tom did a great job, very professional and attention to details, he explains everything very clear, he is preparing for any questions I have. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a new home! Thank you Tom!

Home Inspection with thermal camera inspections
Very very professional and extremely patient. He explains everything in a language we can understand clearly and then is always available via phone afterwards for any questions or clarifications. He is quite patient is answering all questions and always suggest that we can call him anytime for any further questions. This is my 2nd time with Thomas and have referred him to many of my friends who were very happy with his service.

Knowledgeable and thorough
Tom at Clearview was great right from the start. Explains the process perfectly from the first phone call right through to the day of inspection. Very knowledgeable about homes and he showed me everything discovered during the inspection and explained my options and likely costs to get things repaired. It's really nice to buy a house going in to it knowing what to expect for repair costs. I'd also recommend the Extended inspection with the infrared camera, well worth the extra cost.

Condo inspection
Tom was extremely helpful. He took my call late in the day, and spent a lot of time explaining the process and set up an appointment promptly. He gave good advice and was very clear on the costs and the processes. I would recommend him to everybody!

Home Inspection
Tom was so patient and took the time to explain things as I am a first time home buyer and have no experience. He also went above and beyond by telling us what we would probably need to do/hire to fix the problems he was finding. He actually looked at one of the problems and said it would take $2000 to fix (Not through his company) and when I called around for quotes that was the exact quote they gave me lol.

Wonderful Inspection by Clearview!
Tom was extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable throughout his home inspection. We had just purchased a new construction and Tom was great to point out items that we didn't catch. He was very patient and answered all our questions throughout the process. The report was also very detailed and was provided that same day. Thanks Tom!

Home inspection
Tom was very pleasant during the entire experience, and the technology they use to book your appointment and provide your report are great. Tom was very thorough, and explained everything he found, and even explained how some of the older technology worked in the house which was helpful. I'd highly recommend getting the thermal image scans in the Extended Home Inspection package. The technology is incredible, and it provides an extra level of assurance on top of the thorough inspection, if there are any issue with the house. I'd definitely recommend or use Tom and Clearview again in the future.

First Time Home Buyer
My fiancé and I are first time home buyers and Tom was extremely helpful walking us through the home explaining any issues that came up. He sent a detailed report with pictures and answered all of our questions. He located an easement on the property which we weren't even aware of! I highly recommend Tom and would definitely hire him again for our next home.
