Home Inspection
Tom did my home inspection. Tom is very knowledgeable, professional and explained everything in detail. His report was very thorough. I would definitely recommend him and would also hire him in the future.

Home Inspection - Ancaster
I never complete reviews, but had to for Tom because he did an outstanding job with our inspection. He answered 100's of additional questions and took photographs to pinpoint exact areas of concern. He was very professional, factual and extremely accommodating. Most of all he is very knowledgeable with a tremendous amount of experience. We have had three inspectors in our lifetime and hands down he is the best.

Home Inspection
Extremely professional and explained everything in laypersons terms and got into details when needed. Report was detailed and came within the same day. Got at least a dozen things the seller is now going to fix for free and save me lots of time and hassle. Thanks Tom!

Home Inspection
Recently Tom did our 3rd home inspection..that is how much we trust him. He is truly an amazing person. Not only is he professional and thorough, but he also has a funny sense of humor and a good heart. He performs the inspection as if it was for his own future home. He explains everything in detail so that even a lay person can understand. He is always there to answer questions. His report includes pictures and explanations of what the problem is followed by recommendations on how to fix it. We love Tom and plan to use him again. We have officially made him our personal home inspector and he is ok with that :)

Home Inspection
We hired Tom to inspect the property we interested in buying. He came 10 minutes earlier than scheduled time, explained how process works. He checked every nook and corner of the house and he explained us what needs to be done and what is recommended. Overall we statisfied with his service would definitely recommend or hire him in future

Home inspection
I have booked the inspector (Tom Rando) with very short notice, less then 24 hours. I was explained all the options and different packages before booking. I was provided immediate feedback in person about the inspection and Tom answered all my questions. I have also received detailed report by email the same day for me to refer to making my buying decision. I am very happy with the service I received and I will be using your services again when I have a need for a home inspection.

Home inspection
Tom did a detailed and very professional job for our home. The communication before and after the work were also great. Strongly recommend to any person who needs a home inspection.
