Home inspection
Tom did a great job, very professional and attention to details, he explains everything very clear, he is preparing for any questions I have. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a new home!

Home inspection
Tom deserves his 5-stars honors. He is professional and responsible. He inspected my house carefully and explained to me in detail. His inspection report is very useful for me. I will definitely recommend him!

Home Inspection
Best home inspector in the city. We were extremely pleased with the service we recieved from Tom at Clearview. We had no idea what to expect but very quickly we know we were in good hands. Tom's careful approach and attention to details made us confident in our purchasing decision. Great exerpience, great value.

New home inspection
We bought a new construction 10 months ago and have had so many back and forths wth the builder and incomplete or poor quality work. We reached out to Tom from Clear view inspections to inspect the house so that we would have a complete list of outstanding work to submit for Tarion warranty. Tom was very knowledgable and professional. He performed a detailed home inspection and provided us with a report. Additionally, he gave us a walk through of potential areas of concern in future and made sugggestions on how to fix them. Needless to say, his inpection put our mind at ease and we were very happy with his services.

New Condo PDI
Tom was a great help with my new condo Pre-Delivery Inspection, while there wasn't any major issue he identified quite a few things I wouldn't have spotted on my own (e.g. door not closing properly, fridge not levelled). He's also friendly and informative. The inspection would have been a nerve wrecking experience without his help.

Home inspection

Home Inspection
Tom surpassed my every expectation. He was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I received the report on the same day and would not hesitate to use his services again, or refer him to family and friends.

Home inspection
My girlfriend and I know Tom (clearview inspector) from our previous home purchase! This was the second time that he was providing the service to us! He is punctual, professional, helpful and tries to explain everything that needs to be well understood! We were really happy with his service and totally recommend him to everyone!

Inspection
Currently residing in London ON and moving back to Toronto..I was looking for a peace of mind & professionalism..As soon as I spoke to Tom, I knew this is looking like a Positive experience, Since I'm in the service/selling field, I was quickly able to realize how professional Tom was....The inspection was very detailed and informative. Tom also provided some good ideas in solving minor issues in the condo I'm buying...Overall it was perfect.. Thanks Tom!
