Home inspection

Home Inspection
Tom was very professional and thorough. He patiently answered all our questions, and took great care to offer recommendations and advice on repairs that were urgent or things to look out for in the future.

Condo Inspection
Tom did a wonderful job, I would highly recommend his services. He clearly communicated exactly what to expect prior to entering the condo unit. Tom was very organized and explained everything in detail during our walk through. He gave us recommendations and suggestions throughout. He made sure we understood before moving forward. Tom went the extra mile to ensure we as his clients were taken care of and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions (whether it be a week,a month or a year). Thank you Tom.

Home inspection
Tom is very thorough and is very knowledgable. He takes his time with his inspections and is very informative. He also helpful with his recommendations. A true professional!

Home inspection
The whole process was very smooth. From first quotation, schedule arrangement, inspection walk through to report follow-up, Thomas demonstrated superior customer service and professionalism. The company is highly recommended.

Town home inspection
Tom performed a traditional home inspection for our first Town house. We are very satisfied with his work. His available time slots are very consistent so we didn't have difficulty to schedule with sellers tenants to get access to the home. Quick response, communicate very professionally, he pointed issues that weren't the scope of the inspection, very knowledgeable, explained every detail of the problems he found during inspection and his reports are so good I had to show it to some of my colleagues and they all said they haven't seen such a well written/documented home inspection report. I highly recommend Tom.

Found Tom through Homestars and reading reviews. Made an appointment with Tom earlier in the week for the weekend and appreciated the fact that he was on time (actually 15 min early). Tom was very friendly, patient, and took the time to ensure that you understood his process. As first time home-owners, we appreciated the inspection details he provided us as it will be useful to understand where our priorities should be focused on in the near term, as well as general maintenance tips. Things he did included checking the roof, the attic space, etc. which all in all took about 2 to 2.5 hrs, which was appreciated because he was detailed in his approach. At no point did he make you feel any question you asked was dumb, and encouraged questions. He even went a step above what our package called for due to his own curiosity and helped us check potential leaks in our ceiling due to old water stains that were painted over, and also found a small fix we needed with his thermal camera. Before wrapping up with us, he also offered to answer any questions after the fact if we had any questions about the report, which is very appreciated. Would highly recommend Tom for home inspections!

House Inspection
The house inspection was done as a condition for purchasing. Included in the house inspection was an infrared camera to identify problem areas not viewable with the naked eye, and air quality check. Tom promptly provided by the report by end of day.
