Home inspection for long term maintenance
Having Tom for a full home inspection before moving in, to get an overall idea about the status of the house and short term repairing/long term maintenance plan. Tom booked the schedule as I required and show up in time. He is very details orientated, professional and friendly. In around 3 hours inspection process, Tom went through me the whole house and explain all important points which I should pay attention to, also answered all my questions, even some of them are not included in home inspection, like how to maintenance hardwood floor. :D All the information is very useful and included in the report, which provided the same day, with picture and detail explanation. I won't hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone need a home inspection, either for buying a house or want to know the house better for long term maintenance.

Home inspection
Extremely professional. Explained everything before and called afterwards to make sure I was comfortable with all the details. Report was detailed and easy to understand with photos included. Would recommend this company to all my friends

Home Inspection
Tom was the utmost professional- prompt (early in fact), clear, knowledgeable, and thorough during the pre-purchase inspection. He pointed out everything he felt we needed to be aware of, and his report arrived on time as expected. We didn't end up winning the bid, but I would not hesitate hiring him again for a pre-purchase inspection. It gives us peace of mind before making the biggest purchase of our lives! Thanks again Tom and hope to work with you again.

Home Inspection
Provided home inspection was very detailed and informative. We got thorough and easy to understand explanation of issues, severity of a problem, followed by presentation of possible solutions and their costs. On the same day of the inspection we received an excellent written report that summarized all findings. Even our real estate agent was very impressed with the quality of provided service. We are very happy that we decided to use Clearview Home & Property Inspections. It helped us to make our decision with clear understanding of what to expect and how to take care of our new house.

Home Purchase Inspection
After having our offer excepted with tight timeline restrictions (3-days) for financing/inspection/etc we contacted Clearview Home & Property Inspections. Tom was welcoming & understanding on the phone (including calls we made to him after business hours), and quickly found time for us within the 3-day window. At the inspection I thought I would have a million questions seeing as this is our first resale home purchase – but it wasn’t the case as during his thorough inspection he answered them all clearly and simply, plus they were all then outlined in the report. The questions I did ask he answered with detail – even though they were probably simple and basic stuff. The inspection consisted of Tom working alone to examine everything without distraction, (visual, operational, etc.) then re-visiting everything and explaining to me. Tools were used measuring moisture & electrical current. Following that thorough inspection, an INFRARED CAMERA was used to look INSIDE the walls for heat spots from electrical equipment, or temperature variances for moisture. This was a MUST as we’re the bottom 2-floors of a 4-floor complex. The entire time Tom was friendly, thorough, and I learned so much from the inspection. At the end I asked the million-dollar question, to which he gave me an honest answer based on his findings. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Clearview.
