house assessment before purchase
he was very thorough - however we did not purchase this house, due to his discoveries. Hence we are slightly disappointed that we kind of threw away $500...

Home Inspection
Tom arranged to come out the next day to do an inspection. He was clear, and made recommendations of work and cost estimates very easy to understand. Unfortunately the deal fell through but we will use him on our next inspection and also recommend him to friends

Property Inspection
We had requested a complete property inspection Tom from Clearview Home & Property. Once Tom has completed his inspection; Tom will have very detailed walk-through with you, with clear and simple explanations and concerns on every part of the property. This is followed up with a very detailed report on the property for your record. We have used Tom on a number of occasions for our complete home/property inspections; and will continue to utilize Clearview for any future needs. Highly recommended!!!!

House inspection
English is not my first language, but Thomas was very patient and helpful. He slowly explained everything I needed to know so that I could understand. Very pleased with the service.

Home inspection
Tom did a full inspection of a 50 year old home we purchased. He was very thorough and extremely professional. He was very detailed and great at communication.
