Buyer's home inspection
Tom was fast (good thing because we ended up with less time than we thought we would have), comprehensive, and knowledgeable. Separated the important issues from the nice-to-haves. Very friendly and easy to work with!

Home Inspection.
Tom was very polite, professional and concise with the home inspection. He took the time to show us the issues and explained to us the reasons and how to avoid such issues in the future. I would utilize Clearview and Tom's services in the future.

Home Inspection
Very professional and friendly. Detailed oriented . Home inspection was done to do a preemptive offer. Overall I am happy with the quality of inspection.

Home inspection
From the first call Tom was professional and friendly. He walked me through the whole process and explained everything. I had never been involved in a home inspection before so I had a lot of questions. Tom explained everything very thoroughly to me in language that I could understand. I would highly recommend this company for any future home inspections or even to tell you about general maintenance your home needs

Home Inspection
As a Realtor of 11 years with hundreds of transactions under my belt, I've been fortunate to use several different Hime Inspection Companies. Clearview Inspections is by far the most in-depth and trust worthy inspection company that I have used. There was so much attention to detail, and thebinspector Tom was available to go through the report over the phone in even further detail with my clients who were first time home buyers. Great Home Inspection!
We did a house inspection with Tom last month and we were very happy with his service. During the inspection, Tom did an excellent job of communicating why and how each area was inspected and then voice any concerns during this process. Very organized, on-time, and thorough with his reports. I would definitively and have recommended him to others.

Home inspection

Home Inspection
