Home Inspection
Thomas Rando was punctual, professional and diligent. He took the time to explain each issue and was able to help me understand the magnitude of the issues. He turned the report around the same day and was very responsive to my questions. It was a great experience.

purchasing home
Tom inspected our prospective home on extremely short notice. This inspector was very thorough, meticulous, and informative. He provided meaningful explanations of all minor and major findings of concern, while teaching us important home maintenance tips and necessities. We especially appreciated his candor regarding smaller, less important issues, as well as his attention to detail. He basically showed us how to perform rudimentary inspections of our own home going forward. Tom is very patient, knowledgeable, and willingly answers any questions you throw at him. He took great care in not only inspecting the property, but making us feel comfortable during the ordeal. To summarize our experience... the value of having your home inspected by an ethical, friendly, knowledgeable and patient professional is truly immeasurable. We know that we will feel confident going forward thanks to the high quality work and tutelage that Tom provided us. I will highly recommend him to anyone I know.

Home Inspection
We contacted Clearview Homes to conduct a full home inspection of a property that we were interested in purchasing. Tom arrived on time was extremely thorough and efficient with his work. The home was over 100 years old and he made sure to check every nook and cranny without hesitation. We had a lot of questions since this was the first time we had to do a home inspection but Tom was very patient with us and we never felt rushed. He took the time to educate us on each condition and suggest solutions on how to fix things in both short term and long term methods. We left the property feeling very confident about our next steps in the buying process and would definitely use Clearview Homes again prior to purchasing a home!

home inspection
very friendly , informative answered all our questions and explained things to us when we had questions. Great idea to have one even if you are not planning on selling and use it as a to do list to make your home a safer place to live .

Home inspection Extended one( with the mould sampling)
We booked our inspection with clearview based on the reviews as we want the best inspection.We are really pleased with the inspection which was done by Tom. He took all his time and knowledge to explain everything to us.He got the leak detected using thermal camera which was under the roof and not visible in anyway.It is a bit expensive but it included everything along with the mould sampling and thermal camera too so it is really worth it when you want the best inspection. I surely recommend his services to anyone buying or need inspection for their house.

Home inspection
Tom did a complete home inspection for us including thermal imaging. He did a very thorough job and explained every bit that we can anticipate on the report. What I liked specially was that Tom was very knowledgeable on the job and was able to also give us some price guesstimates on some of the things that needed changing. Tom is very professional, friendly and prompt! Excellent service and will highly recommend!

Home Inspection
My experience with Clearview, who did a full inspection for our house in Mississauga, was very positive. Tom was there at the appointed time and explained the various steps throughout the inspection process. The report was uploaded promptly, with detailed recommendations, pictures and graphics. We will use it in prioritizing updates and renovations.

Condo inspection
Tom was courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. He arrived on time and was efficient in his work. He explained clearly what he was going to do and offered us the opportunity to walk through the condo with him afterwards to learn about the things that were opportunities for repair in our condo. Tom made us feel confident that we were purchasing a property with full knowledge about its current state. I would absolutely recommend Tom for any home inspection in the future.

Home Inspection
We got the home inspection service from ClearView, after reading great feedbacks from HomeStars. I contacted ClearView and spoke to Tom and chose the Extended Home Inspection (with Thermal Imaging) package. Tom is a punctual, patient, friendly and detailed person. Upon the day of performing the inspection, he came on-time and explained an overall process so that we understood clearly the amount of time and works involved before he proceeded. He pointed out exhausted fan and insulation issues in the attic as well as missing insulation in one of the bedroom through the thermal imaging scanning. His report is very well written, contains pictures to illustrate the findings, detailed and easy to understand for all technical/non-technical persons. I would highly recommend Tom from Clearview for home inspection job. Thank you to HomeStars site and all feedbacks so that we have picked the right company for the right job. We encourage everyone who uses any home services to provide honest feedbacks...big help to people like us !!!
