    Thorough inspection

    We recently hired Clearview to perform a thorough inspection of a home we recently purchased. We were very impressed with the thoroughness of the home inspection which stands far apart in depth and detail than any other we have had in the past. I would highly recommend their highest package as a home is most often a large expense and the benefits of the expense might be important. We appreciate knowing the areas that required attention such as which walls need insulation top up, or where there might be leak issues etc. This is so valueable in terms of prioritizing where our renovation budget should go. Thomas was extremely patient with my large number of questions and I am very appreciative of his knowledge and dedication to ensuring I felt comfortable to continue to ask him even more questions. No home is perfect, but I can't say enough about the depth and detail of Clearview's inspection and would highly recommend this company.

    home inspection

    I am very happy with the customer service provide by Clearview Home and Property Inspections. The home inspector did a great job on the inspection. I will use and recommend Clearview Home and Property Inspections to others.

    Home Inspection

    Tom is fantastic. He was reliable, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. The report was easy to read and I received it the same day I have honestly paid double the price for less of a report before so I am extremely happy with the value we received with our report.

    Extended home inspection

    Tom did a very thorough inspection and answered all our questions. The thermal imaging camera gave us a much better idea of the condition of the house. We would definitely recommend Tom to our family and friends.

    30 day Tarion Inspection

    Tom was extremely professional. He was right on time and very thoroughly went through our home. He took the time to explain what he was doing at each stage and the items of note were insightful and he definitely noticed things we would not have identified ourselves. Very happy with the report which arrived as promised that same day! The thermal camera is genius :)

    Traditional Home Inspection

    Tom is thorough, extremely competent, and very knowledgeable. He was quick to respond to my request for an inspection and worked with me to accomodate the seller's schedule and his own previous commitments. He answered all my questions during the inspection and followed up by phone the following day to ask if i had had any additional questions or concerns to discuss. The report was promptly prepared and easily accessed via his website. I have already recommended Tom to others and will continue to do so.

    Condo Inspection

    The staff was professional and flexible. The report was up loaded online in a timely manner, there was good communication. Website is user friendly and a good inspection was done on the condo.

    EXTENDED HOME INSPECTION

    We had Tom come out and he was so amazing. He explained everything before we got started and did a very thorough complete job. I've had home inspections done before but Clearview is now my go to for home inspections. Highly recommended!!

    Home Inspection

    We had Tom to do our inspection for our new property. He was very thorough in explaining and educating on the care of our new house. He was also very approachable for all our questions. He made our first home inspection experience a stressfree experience.

    EXTENDED HOME INSPECTION

    Tom is very thorough in both his analysis and explanations. I would highly recommend Clearview for any type of home buyers but especially so for first time home buyers or those who tend to ask a lot of questions, as Tom was very patient in explaining all details small or large.
