    Extended Home Inspection

    We are very impressed with our home inspection. We contacted Clearview and our inspector Bob was amazing. He was patient with our questions and detailed in how he described the items that needed work. The inspection report was incredible detail and very useful. Overall, we are thrilled with the service we got and would highly recommend Clearview.

    Traditional Home Inspection

    Very professional, courteous and helpful! Thomas was very patient, answering all our questions during and after the inspection.

    Tarion Inspection

    Thomas was very friendly and professional. He implemented a comprehensive inspection of my home and was very informative in providing details of the inspection. I would highly recommend him and his company to family and friends!

    Home Inspection

    I rarely trust online reviews because I think a lot of them are written by marketers, but this guy impressed me enough that I feel he deserves my positive review. Tom came out to do a new purchase home inspection for me in Toronto. What an incredibly wonderful guy, approachable, very detailed and thorough inspection, he let my hubby and me ask lots of questions (many of which weren't related to the home inspection) but he made every effort to answer them all to the best of his ability. He explained everything to us in Lauren's terms and let us know which issues were serious and which ones were normal wear and tear. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He's just a very kind and likeable human being, and I think that made the difference for us because through this process of purchasing a new home and planning renovations we have run into a lot of dishonourable and deceitful and conniving people, but this guy renewed my faith in humanity. I know all home inspectors follow the same process but it's this guys character and personality that makes him different. Just a very patient and understanding guy.

    HOME INSPECTION

    Speaking with Tom over our initial phone call, made our decision easy to go with Clearview homes. He was very informative, walked us through the process, was very professional and made our experience a pleasant one.

    Home Inspection

    I was referred to a different company by my R.E. agent. I decided to search Homestars for highly rated Inspectors. I found Clearview. My initial phone interaction (with Tom) was very comfortable and he seemed that he would do a good job. Tom was extremely thorough and took time to explain everything.

    HOME INSPECTIONS AND INFRARED

    This is my 2nd time to do home inspection. First, I want to hire the qualified and experienced inspector. Second, I want to find the source myself but not directly hire the inspector introduced by the agent. Third, I want to find the inspector that satisfied his most of customers. Even the customer gave negative comments, I still can identify how good the inspector is based on their reply. Homestars really provided this platform for me to do such research. After I dug a little, ClearView caught my eyeballs. ClearView is one of the top vendors in Home Inspection category and gained most of 10s and big volume of good reviews. Their website provides clear information. So I simply called Tom and made appointment. As expected, he did terrific jobs and communicated very clear and details. From the starting of the 1st contact on the phone to the final report delivery, I just want to say one word "professional". Thank you very much for the excellent jobs done, Tom.

    Home Inspection and Infrared Scan

    Tom was great going through the house in detail. Not only taking pictures and making notes but he also explained everything in detail in person. He is professional yet super helpful with his recommendations

    Home Inspection

    If I could score more than 10/10 I definitely would. I learned so much from Bob. He was incredibly patient with all my silly questions. He found things that even the current owners didn't know about. The report is so good that I can reference it for many years to come plus I have the knowledge that I have just bought a good home. Thank you Clearview and thank you Bob.

    HOME INSPECTION

    I save so much money by using Clearview to conduct my home inspection. The inspection was so detailed and the report so thorough that I got a significant reduction in the purchase price. Totally worth the money. Thanks Bob
