    Home inspection and Infrared Scan

    We wanted the best inspection company because we are looking at a very old home. We are thrilled to have gotten Tom to conduct our inspection. We learned so much from him and is detailed report saved us thousands for dollars. Very highly recommended. Great job

    Home Inspection and Mold Analysis

    As first-time home buyers, we weren't sure what to expect, especially since the property we were looking at was on the older side, but Tom was wonderful. From the start, setting up the appointment was quick and simple, Tom was on time and very patient with us as he guided us through his inspection, and the inspection report was thorough and ready the same day. Tom was also kind enough to answer all the questions we had during and even days after the inspection and gave us a few pointers on how to prepare the house for the coming winter and other suggestions for better maintenance. Competitively priced (for the package we selected) and definitely worth it for the quality of the inspection and peace of mind. Thanks, Tom!

    Home Inspection

    Our inspector, Tom showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He produced a very detailed report and followed up quickly on my questions. I'll definitely be using clear view homes in the future if I make another purchase.

    Home Inspection

    A truly wonderful inspection from Clearview. Tom was very professional and took a great deal of care in inspecting and explaining the condition of the home. We felt completely comfortable and felt like we really learned alot. Very satisfied with our service

    Home inspection

    Tom was excellent in explaining and completing a thorough inspection of our property. He was honest, knowledgeable and punctual as well as, provided a detailed report on the inspection. I would highly recommend Clearview.

    Home Inspection

    I am glad that I found Clearview. Tom had explained everything very clearly, step by step and followed by a detailed report with lots of photos. Excellent service. Highly recommend to my friend if they need home inspection in the up coming future.

    Home Inspection

    We called several home inspectors and decided to use the service of Clearview home and property inspections because they were wonderful right from the initial phone call. Over the phone they explained exactly what the home inspection would involve and outlined the service and package options available. All of this was very clear and easy to understand. We chose to add on the infrared service which put our mind at ease that there were no water issues behind the basement walls. Tom walked us through as he did the inspection and spoke in simple terms to make sure we understood what he was looking for and things to keep an eye on once we move into the home. Tom completed the service by sending us a thorough report via email that evening. He has since followed up wih us and offered to answer any questions that we might have in the future regarding the final report. I would highly recommend Clearview as an excellent choice for anyone searching for a quality home inspection service.

    Home inspection

    I like Tom and his service. My friend recommended Clearview Home & Property Inspection to me, and asked me to checked all the positive feedback from Home Stars. Yes, the reviews are all true. Tom is polite, patient and knowledgeable. He only inspected the house but also walked us through every part of the house. We learned a lot from him.

    Home Inspection

    Tom was fantastic! This was our first experience with a home inspection and Tom made the process easy and comfortable. He talked us through every aspect of the inspection and explained in detail, while making it understandable, what he took notice of. The final report was lengthly with lots of advice on what needed to be replaced immediately and why and what to monitor over time. Definitely helpful in budgeting for home improvements over time. All the wonderful reviews helped us make the right choice and we are comfortable moving forward on the property after working with Tom. Highly recommended!!

    Home Inspection

    I had Clearview for home inspection on the first house purchased and was very satisfied with this work. Tom explained very clearly the steps and approach he was taking before he started, and presented me all his findings with reasons and background information during the inspection. He also produced a very detailed report the same night and followed up quickly on my questions. I had a better idea what state the house is in as well as in general what to take note of for a house. I would recommend this company to my friends.
