    Home Inspection (Pre-purchase)

    These guys are the real deal. Tom provided us with a very thorough inspection for a home that we're in the process of purchasing, and we were able to put it an offer with confidence after our inspection. Very professional, prompt, and reliable service. Definitely recommended.

    Building Inspection

    Excellent service and enjoyable experience! Tom did an exceptional job of detailing and explaining every aspect of his inspection. His knowledge and experience helped ease our minds and made our property purchase decision a lot easier. Competitively priced, reliable and punctual. Inspection was prompt and report was presented as promised. Highly recommended.

    Home Inspection

    Tom did a fantastic job! I was very impressed on how thorough and informative he was. I called him up on a Friday afternoon and he was able to squeeze me in Sunday morning. Tom is very punctual, he was already at the home by the time I arrived. I had used Tom on a previous inspection and without his knowledge and expertise, I would have been stuck with a financial burden. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone and would definitely use him again in the future.

    Home Inspection

    I am very impressed with Tom. He was very professional and informative. He showed up 30 min early which was grate because of my tight schedule. He took time with the inspection and explained everything to me clearly and answered all the questions I had. The report arrived by email, same night and was very detailed, including pictures. Thanks for a great job!

    Home inspection service

    Great service! The whole inspection was very detailed and clear. Thomas is very patient and professional. This is my first time to purchase a home, Thomas teached me a lot and I really appreciate his service and knowledge.

    home inspection

    My husband and I found our inspection experience with clearview to be not only professional but also rather enjoyable. Our inspector walked us through through the home describing the various issues we needed to know and in simple terms. His over of after inspection followup questions is also a plus.

    Home Inspection

    Fantastic Service. Very knowledgeable and detail orientated inspector/inspection process. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. A VERY detailed inspection report is e-mailed out within 24 hours.

    inspection

    Very good inspection I believe that this is a very good inspector。 i also think i got a good value。 very thorough great report。 I hope other inspectors learn from Clearview。thank you

    Home Inspection

    We were very impressed with Tom. We called him on the same day we wanted our home inspection and he was able to accommodate our request. We was accommodating when we arrived late and took him time with the inspection and explained everything to us clearly and answered all the questions we had. We were happy with the report that was provided and it helped us to plan for the next stages.

    Home Inspection

    Our inspection was extremely thorough, as was the detailed report we received within hours of it's completion. My father-in-law is a civil engineer with exacting standards. He was on site at the time and commented that this was the best home inspection he had ever witnessed. In addition to doing great work in the home, the staff at Clearview were friendly, professional and patient. They took the time to explain their procedures and answer all of my questions!
