This review is a bit overdue. Tom helped me with my new house PDI. He came earlier and was very nice to talk to. The PDI went through for about one hour and half. He found a few problems and told to the builder's representative. His report was very detailed. I asked him a few questions and he answered me patiently. I found him very helpful. I would recommend this company to my friends.

Tom was very thorough in his inspection of my grandmother's future home. He explained every step of the way and answered all my many questions. He checked inside the attic and even under the snow around the house (visual of the foundation) and used his thermal camera to document any abnormalities inside the walls. He also gave us a digital copy of the report with pictures and recommendations which was fantastic. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

Tom was great. He did a thorough inspection of our new build (including a thermal imaging inspection) and pointed out everything he discover. He's even taken some time since the inspection to answer some questions about his findings and recommendations. It was a pleasure working with Tom.

Tom is really professional inspector. During the inspection, he is very patient to explain everything, answer my questions, give me so many suggestion. That is very useful and let me learn a lot. I absolutely recommend Tom Rando as it is really worthy.

Tom was great. He was very attentive to details. We called him the day before and he was able to do the inspection the next day which was a saturday. He answers his calls till late and is always available. He not only spent 2 hours showing us everything he also sent us a detailed report the same day. He had very detailed observations. We plan on seeking more of his services as the house progresses. I highly recommend Clearview and Tom. Thank-you for your wonderful guidance!

Tom was incredibly friendly, patient, thorough, and available. He answered all of our many questions, explained things as we went through the house together and pointed out things and invited comments and questions at all times. He definitely helped put some first time buyers at ease, and was available for follow up questions and concerns. Cannot recommend him and his company highly enough. We were under some tight timelines and Tom came through for us with a very quick turnaround of the report and a follow up. The prices were fair and well explained; I feel it was a tremendous value for the level of expertise and service we received. We were tremendously pleased with the service, professionalism and his ability to make a stressful situation very comfortable and clear. No question was not worth asking, and everything was handled well beyond our expectations.

The Inspector, Tom Rando, really did a wonderful job. The inspection was thorough and Tom walked us over every detail about the home and what he found. I am really glad for paying little extra to avail the "Thermal Imaging" component of inspection and we were able to see the issues that weren't visible to our naked eyes. It's worth more than what I have paid for. At the end of inspection, my confidence grew a lot as I knew what's underlying beneath. Tom was also exceptional in answering any of my questions. And then, in couple of hours, a very detailed report was sent to us and it was really helpful in my further discussions with the seller over the property. It has become my reference book of the property. Overall, the service was great and exceeded my expectations

Tom did an excellent home inspection for us. He was thorough and made sure that all of our questions were addressed. Booking an appointment was easy and his communication was great as well. Highly recommended!

I had a very short timespan to book this inspection. I was not sure whether or not my offer for the home would be accepted, but Tom was willing to make an appointment knowing that it could be cancelled. He was extremely accommodating, much more so than another company that I had also called. I was so impressed with the inspection. Based on Toms very thorough inspection I did not purchase the home, as there were too many issues found with he house. I had a contractor at the home with me and the real estate agent and both were extremely impressed with his very inspection. Tom went above and beyond, it was a very snowy day and very deep snow in the back, he actually had me hike with him through the back yard and over a fence so he could show me and explain the problems that he saw. Wow!!!!!!! (just a note he made it very clear that I did not have to hike with him if it was too much for, but I am in good shape so it was no problem. Will need to use him again as I am still looking for a home and I will need an inspection. Will recommend him to all my friends. Thanks so much Tom.
