    They Saved Christmas!

    Amazing service, furnace broke two days before Christmas. Airco came in the next day and saved my year! Even though they were fully booked they made time to come help me. We had lots of family coming to stay the week so it would have ruined Christmas to have no heat during this cold snap. I'll never use another company again, fair pricing and amazing service! Do yourself a favor and go with them.

    Excellent service from Joel @ Arco!

    I called for service as my furnace was not blowing air. Dana was amazing and was able to send a tech the same afternoon. Joel arrived early, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and fixed my furnace in no time and gave some great advice for future. I would highly recommend Airco and ask for Joel. Thanks Airco!

    Furnace maintenance

    Dealing with Airco was a pleasure from the get go, which started with a quick response to my phone message asking to have the furnace serviced. The technician, Joel, arrived on time and was pleasant to deal with. He took the time to explain how I could best maintain the furnace and how using a different filter could help decrease allergy symptoms. He also explained and helped set up the programmable thermostat. I then received a discount using the Family Value Card and got points to use towards next year's service! I highly recommend Airco and would like to thank Joel for all his help.

    replacing/supplying/installing a new Touch Screen programmable Thermostat

    You must read my wordy review that I sent to BBB today , just before this. I cannot express the appreciation and trust that I have in Mr. Dan Hunter and his company Airco heating&Cooling Ltd. in (Willoughby) Langley,BC I contacted him about our issues with a problematic history with Sears and their programmable Thermostat made by Carrier, with cost and much inconvenience to us since 2010 and 2014 Mr Hunter came the next am, installed a better/updated Prog. Thermostat, teaching us its' use, as well as ensuring we received all the important and pertinent info/warranty paperwork and registering same unit. All this service from initial contact to completion in well under 24 hours. WoW!! We will, without question, forever be Airco Customers now. Today, with every living expense escalating, Finding a genuine, sincere and honest service with Mr. Dan Hunter is beyond valuable! Pamela/Barrie Sargeant Maple Ridge, B. C. .

    Heat Pump Fix

    Joel from Airco was great! My experience with this company was 5* from leaving them a voicemail on a sunday night, receiving a phone call first thing monday morning and to our relief being scheduled in for servicing our heat pump (which had stopped working in 32 degree weather) the very same day. I received 2 phone calls, one from the office and one from Joel, to let me know that they were running slightly behind. Joel was pleasant and knowledgeable and extremely patient with all of my questions. What I appreciated was that Joel was not just focused on my heat pump. Some companies would just come and fix what YOU ask them to (but obviously we are not the experts) - Joel pointed out potential hazards and investigated. My overall feeling with this company is that I can trust them and that no question is a dumb question to them. Our furnace is due for a clean in the spring and I am confident that I won't need to contact anyone else but Airco! Thanks Joel!

    Heat Pump/Air Conditioner Installed to perfection

    The installers and technicians are very helpful and knowledgeable. They don't leave until you are completely satisfied. They are good at teaching how to use the system. I asked all the questions I could think of and they answered with lots of detail. They are respectful and clean your house after the work.

    Air Con Not so cool

    Called Airco to look at my home A/C system. These guys are totally professional. Showed up when they said they would, explained the whole process and how the system worked. The tech (Joel) was so friendly and accommodating and even helped me landscape the area around the AC compressor to gain access to the pressure valves. They have secured my future business. The following day I got a call from them to follow up and ensure my system was working as expected and make sure I was happy with the service. Worth every penny.

    Product and Service

    My husband and I are very happy with the product/ service provided by this excellent company. We needed a hot water tank and we got the new tank within hours. Their service was fast , thorough and neat . We highly recommend this company to anyone needing their hot water tank replaced. Joey and Len Gibbons

    Hot water tank instalation

    Very professional company, they were on time and work was done us it was quoted, the place of work was very clean and without any problem, the installer check for any leaks and set up the temperature for us, I am highly recommending this company for good quality and trust of their work ethics

    A/c not working properly

    Joe showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem which was a faulty capacitor. He showed us how dirty our a/c unit was and explained how it needs to be cleaned and serviced every year. He was very honest and efficient. Would use them again and recommend them to all friends and family
