    furnace repair

    I was very happy and satisfied with the whole process with Airco. The manager, Dan is very friendly, honest and helpful. The technician, Matthew is very professional, prompt and efficient. They are very knowledgeable to answer any question I had. Would certainly recommend to a family member or friend and would use again.

    New Furnace and AC

    Cannot say enough positive about this company. When my furnace stopped working, Mathew was here promptly. Called even if he expected to be 20 minutes late. Several problems developed and he was here after hours to investigate. So polite and explained everything thoroughly. A decision was made to replace the furnace (and add a new air conditioning unit). Because we had no heat, priority was given to install new furnace as soon as possible.. Three electric space heaters were left to use until the new unit was installed. William and Anthony installed the furnace and air conditioning unit. An email was received daily to remind me of appointment. Anthony was always very courteous and answered any questions I had about what they were doing. Programmed the new thermostat, cleaned up so well after the job was completed. William is very experienced and explained the whole installation. Feel totally confident if I have a problem with programming the thermostat, or have any questions, etc. they will bet there to help. Recommend this company 100%.

Sometimes the new technology can be confusing so we do try and set it up and demonstrate things in a way that makes it easier for the future.     Central Air conditioning, as well as new water heater

    I am a very detailed person and this company sent individuals who are far more detailed than I am, to to the work. They took the time to explain what they were doing and to do excellent work. They advised me as to which central air conditioning unit to purchase as well which water heater would work best. Unlike many trades people I have dealt with in the past, they have excellent communication skills and either phoned or e-mailed me on the two different occasions I contacted them. They also were on time! Many thanks to Dan for the high standard of his workmen: William and his helper (sorry, I forgot his name).

I believe most people in our trade care about what they do and do the best they can, but sometimes take on too much.     Repair HRV and Heat Pump system

    We were told that our furnace, of only 5 years, was not the right size for our 3 floor house. It heated very well but could not properly cool it. So we were looking for a unit to cool the top floor. After searching for yet another heating/cooling business we decided to try Airco. And it was the best phone call I've ever made. Love the way the business is run. Everyone is so concerned, polite and very efficient. From Dan, to Mathew and of course William. From the morning emails reminding you of your appointments to the calls saying the tech is on his way. It was decided that YES,this unit could cool our house. Wow! Mathew and William were super! So endless hours were spent working on the problem and a few very late nights by William. And OMG ..... We have air conditioning. Can't thank you all enough, especially William. We are very happy.

    Thank you Diane. Of course I remember your situation well. You were dealing with this poorly installed system for years and you were getting recommendations to add more equipment to your home to solve a problem that wasn't being diagnosed properly. After replacing your outdoor unit and making many repairs and tweaks to your indoor system, we were able to correct many of the deficiencies. There is an art and a science to our trade, but sometimes it takes perseverance. I told you we wouldn't give up! Glad to help.

    Service furnace/AC and replaced PRV

    Just finished our annual servicing of the heating / cooling system in our home. Matthew Ducharme was the name of the technician doing our servicing. After completing the furnace / air filtration system Matthew checked the Pressure Release Valve which regulates the water pressure coming into the home from the city. Normal pressure in the home is 50 - 60 psi. His check revealed that the PRV had failed and the pressure had reached over 100 psi. Had Matthew not checked and simply completed his duties servicing the furnace / heat pump we would have been headed for a fairly large disaster, possibly blowing pipes or our hot water tank. Matthew THANK YOU for the great service!! We have always used Airco and with employees such as Matthew Ducharme would not hesitate in highly recommending them to anyone.

    It's nice to hear when a customer recognizes good service. Sometimes good service means giving customers bad news, but we always explain and demonstrate any issues we find. In this case, a failed PRV is something that will slowly affect your entire water system. I liken it to blood pressure. You may not notice the effects of high blood pressure for years, but if you don't address it, you will probably not like the outcome! We really appreciate the feedback. Thanks so much.
