There is nothing that I can add to all of the accolades that have been written about this company in other reviews regarding their professionalism, quality and accuracy. What I need to say is that I met two of the most pleasant, professional and remarkable people to provide a service. We were totally impressed with how easily they completed a complex and top quality installation with a minimal disturbance. I would not hesitate for a nanosecond to recommend this company. The people at AIRCO were a pleasure to deal with. During every step of the process they were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dan did the initial quote and was very thorough in his explanations of what would be done for the price quoted as well as letting us know what rebates we would be eligible for. William and Jordan did the installation of our new furnace, heat pump and thermostat. they were always respectful of our home when they were inside and friendly when explaining what they were doing at each stage of the job. It's been a month since the install and everything is working smoothly. I would highly recommend this team for any HVAC work that you need done.

Dan came in for my estimate, went through all of my equipment that would be added to my A/C system. The appointment was set up for the install, the gentlemen that came to do the install were wonderful to spend a couple of days with, very thorough and ON TIME!!! They did an amazing job of explaining, cleaning up and making me feel very comfortable about the new equipment. They checked my hot water tank, cleaned my furnace filter and cleaned my fireplace, wonderful experience.

I had a long overdue service to my minisplit unit (unit outside and 2 inside units) and was very pleased. The technician was on time, very friendly, and from what I could see, very thorough in the work that he did. Would certainly recommend this company.

Cost is before rebate. Installation was extensive and excellent. The install required retro fitting the full system into an existing home through walls and ceilings. The work was top notch with minimal disruption to the family, quality materials, attention to detail and fit to last many many years. We replaced an outdated with a modern system. Better circulation (no more thermocline between upstairs and downstairs) and way more quiet. The inside stays at the perfect temperature all the time.

From the start Dan was personable and provided clear, concise, and thorough explanations, he was willing to answer any question, and provided a detailed, itemized quote. Team member Jonathan arrived on time both days, and worked hard providing a custom fit given the constraints of a tight furnace position. Professional- and highly recommended!

I have not enough epithets to describe my interaction with this team during the replacement of my furnace. I do not k ow who to mention first..Dan with all the details during the initial talk, the office girl which was so nice every time I was asking some information, William with his attention to details... Like I said would be unfair to the others to put anyone on the top of the list. Long story short, you can not make a mistake by choosing Airco. Thank you guys.

Saved the expense of replacing the whole used furnace by going with Airco as others simply wanted to install new furnace. They had the needed parts and responded quickly and were informative and professional and polite. Service performed without a glitch. Saved me $4000. Very pleased.

Our old Carrier furnace and AC died as soon as we bought our house and we got three quotes on a replacement system, with a priority on wanting to access government incentives for switching to a heat pump. We went with Airco (and a Daikin system) because at the consulting and quote stage Dan was very thorough and explained in detail the options, including answering some questions that the other companies couldn't. His thoroughness inspired confidence, and I wasn't disappointed when the installers made time for us (in the middle of record snowfall between Christmas and New Years Eve, I might add) and completed the removal and install in two days. I feel very good about choosing Airco, and would recommend them highly.

After this summer's heat wave, we finally decided to spend the money to get the air conditioning we've needed for a long time. The Airco guys, from Dan who estimated the job, to Jeanne and Matthew who installed the system, were amazing. Professional, courteous, friendly, tidy. In short, we have never had a crew on any job about whom we could give an unreserved "ten" as we can for these. Highly recommended.
