William came to service our furnace and heat pump. He noticed our water tank relief valve was slowly dripping. He also noticed that the bonding wire to ground was not connected to the iron gas piping and so connected that. He found that the furnace and heat pump were operating at the same time during heating mode and the heat pump kept cycling off on high pressure fault. The thermostat setting hadn't been set for dual fuel but for heat pump with electric fan coil, so he configured the thermostat and now the high pressure faults have stopped with the configuration corrected.

We installed a new heating pump a week ago and we are very pleased with the outcome, they are very helpful from the consultation with Dan till the installation very hard working people they even take my broken TV to the dump. Thanks Arco.

We were very happy with Dan the sales person who came to our house. He spent the time to explain all the options in detail and didnt put any pressure on us. He helped us choose the best option for our home. Our installers, William and Jordan did a great job installing our furnace and AC. They took the time to explain everything to us. They went to a lot of trouble to make sure the installation was done properly and have the least impact on our house. They took care of our home as if they were doing an installation into their own house. We highly recommend this company.

Airco company installed a new Daikin Furnace, Heat pump and tankless water heater. Our installers were William and Jordan wonderful people. They explained everything. William is highly knowledgeable and professional with great personality we couldnt have had any better workers. They did an amazing job and we are very happy with the results. In the past I have had a number of HVAC Service techs out to try and resolve issues with my home's Heating and Air Conditioning Distribution. Finally Airco identified the problems and resolved what they could. We are extremely impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, dependability, and courtesy.
