My wife and I recently completed an extensive interior re-design of our home. One of the major projects included building a new heating system for the home. The existing heating system was a boiler with a traditional radiators. Since the scope of work was quite significant, we interviewed several contractors to ensure we got the right one for the job. From the moment we met George Lloyd, we knew that his company would be the best one for the job. He was punctual to our first meeting and was probably one of the most professional HVAC contractors we met. When we walked through the house together during this first meeting, he had a suggestion that while doing a new radiant system would be suitable, that we should also consider in floor radiant heating. He prepared an estimate that included both options and it showed that the in floor heating made the most sense in our situation. George and his staff layed all of the radiant lines throughout the house, installed the duct lines for the HRV, installed all of the gas lines/manifold, installed all venting, installed the boiler and HRV units, and coordinated the concrete contractor to come in a lay the concrete to in-case the lines. His team was professional and did an amazing job. All lines were fully tested to ensure that there were no leaks and that they were functioning properly. George admits that he is a perfectionist and it shows in his work. He is detailed and always ensures that his work is clean and lined up well. He worked hard to minimize the amount of space that was taken up in the mechanical room by the whole system which involved many pipes.
