    New Air Conditioner

    George was very courteous and helpful from the first telephone enquiry to the registration of my new A/C unit. He came to my home to see the old unit and current furnace, was willing to work around my wishes for minimal disruption during installation, provided a very detailed estimate giving me 3 options/models to choose from, and also willingly provided references. His registered technicians arrived on time for the installation, were courteous, tidy in their work and very informative about how A/C units work, what code requirements are etc. George also followed up after installation to see if I had any concerns or questions. Certainly George's company is light years ahead of other companies I contacted in terms of responsiveness, upfront approach and ability to listen to a customer's wishes and questions. I would absolutely recommend this company to others.

    Installation of new Furnace and Air Conditioner

    George and his staff were knowledgeable, efficient, professional and courteous. They walked us through the issues with the existing unit and why it needed to be replaced. The installation was quick running all the duct work and installing the new units over the course of two days. The old unit was removed and the work area thoroughly was left spotless. George then came by personally post installation to ensure we were satisfied with the unit and understood how to operate it. Very happy both with the new unit and the service that George and his team provided!

    furnace and hot water replacement.

    George replaced the furnace and hot water heater at one of my jobs. What I really appreciated about George is that he always either answered my calls or called me back immediately. He looked after every one of my concerns as promptly as possible. He and his guys were easy to work with and seemed determined that I get exactly what I wanted. They even moved the furnace over a few inches when I brought up that it was not where I'd asked for them to put it.

    Broken heater

    I have ordered repair services and the specialist came next day first thing in the morning 8 am sharp as promised. our problem was solved and we had our heat back. Very professional and high quality service

    Water heater installation

    Our rented water heater was slowly leaking and needed replacing. We contacted Enercare for info on getting a replacement and Lloyd HVAC for details on buying outright. After speaking with 3 different people at Enercare not a single one had really attempted to sell me on their product and/or service. I didn't feel as if they cared to keep me as a customer. Lloyd HVAC on the otherhand had someobe ay out house, on time, in less than 24 hours after our initial contact. After providing us with our options, and answering all of our questions, we decided to proceed and the work was started right away. This is the 3rd time we've used Lloyd HVAC and we've always been impressed with the level of service. They are curteous and professional from start to finish. I could not be more satisfied. Two thumbs up!

    Bathroom Exhaust Fan

    George was great at explaining what needed to be done and in recommending a couple of exhaust fan options. The work was scheduled promptly, and workers for the two phases of the job - installing and insulating the exhaust duct to the roof in attic and then installing the fan itself - came when they said they would and were very polite. I'm very happy with the work they did and the fan is 100 per cent better than the old one.

    Removing and replacing ducts in basement, adding new ducts and registers.

    To meet the requirements of the city inspector, our existing ductwork had to be removed and then later replaced, once the each joist was lined with fire-rated drywall. A tedious job! And while the weather cooperated, it also meant we didn't have a furnace! Lloyd HVAC was able to schedule the work quickly, complete the work efficiently, and deal with any concerns we raised. They also added additional registers to the first floor. Our house is warm again! We have worked with Lloyd HVAC a few times now and have always been very pleased with the work and their professionalism. We will definitely continue to call on them for our HVAC needs.

    Bathroom Venting

    I don't want a specialty service coming in and just doing their job without considering its affect on the rest of my house. I want experts to see how their specialty will work with my home as a complete system. That, along with a good bedside manner, describes my experience with George and his team. Courteous, on time, professional, clean. Money well spent. I will be calling George again.

    Gas Line for Stove.

    Lloyd HVAC did a great job today. They came right on schedule and completely the job in a timely manner. Their prices are very reasonable and they even cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend them. Thanks again for your great work! Christine Da Souza

    Furnace

    I had an issue with liquid build up in my furnace. When the technician arrived, he knew exactly what to do after I described the symptoms. So after he drained all of the excess fluid blocking the system, he showed my how to do the clean up myself! Extremely friendly and I'm surprised that he would share his expertise like that.
