    mover

    Devonte and his team were on time and very experienced. They wrapped all the furniture and moved everything with ease. We didn't have to lift a finger. There were some unexpected hiccups from the condo management but Devonte handled everything very professionally. We would be happy to use them again. Thanks.

    Moving condo to house

    The team of 3 arrived a little early, which I liked. It was raining that day and they were very careful to wrap everything. The move into the house was pretty quick. I could tell they were trying to be as efficient as possible. Thanks to Devonte and his team.

    Moving

    After hiring Around Town Moving and Delivery, I'm not surprised at all the glowing reviews on this site. I hired Around Town for my move from Hamilton to Toronto 2 weeks ago after reading the reviews on this site. Devonte and his colleague arrived 30 minutes early, started to work right away. They did not even ask for a deposit before starting, which other companies often do. At both pickup and drop off sites, they handled everything, even talking to the concierge and getting the elevator before I even showed up! What a relief that they took so much initiative. I appreciated that they seemed mindful that our agreement was hourly and it was obvious that they were doing their best to minimize the time - they did the move in less time than I expected. And when they say "no hidden fees" they mean it. The cost was exactly what we discussed, they never asked for a deposit, the loaded and unloaded and Devonte brought me the bill after everything was said and done. And their rate was among the best I had been quoted. They were professional, hardworking, and VERY fast all the way through. I have already recommended them to my parents for their move and will be using them again when I move in a few months. I will be much more relaxed during my next move knowing that they've got things handled and that they will be mindful of the expense for me. Thanks!

    Moving

    I used Around Town Moving and Delivery for the first time this past weekend. Devonte and his crew were polite and courteous. Devonte was professional and definitely knew what he was doing. All my furniture was wrapped up nicely. I have a heavy and cumbersome dining room table which needed to be dismantled. Devonte had no problem taking it apart and putting it back together. Each piece of the table was wrapped! There was attention to detail. A really great crew. Even my friends and family who were helping me unpack thought the guys were fantastic! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

    service

    Devonte and his team are the best movers around! They helped me move for the second time on Friday, and both times they were punctual (early actually), courteous, and efficient. If you want awesome customer service and a smooth as possible move, call these guys. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them when I move again. Thanks Around Town Moving for always making our moving experience worry free!

    Moving service

    We have worked with Devonte twice. Both times his service was outstanding. Skilled, hard-working, efficient, conscientious and personable. When I called for our second move, he was on vacation and, as I had waited until the last minute, I booked with another company. However, Devonte returned from vacation in time so we decided to forfeit our deposit with the other company just so that we could work with him again.

    furniture move

    Devonte went above and beyond for moving furniture from a condo to a home. He was punctual, well organized, careful and efficient. He protected the furniture well and went the extra mile. Highly recommended and will use his company for all future moving needs.

    Move - April 30th

    I was referred to Around Town Moving by my cousin who used them in late 2012. I read the reviews on this site and liked what I saw. I saw the 9.9 rating and hoped they would live up to that expectation. If I could give higher than 10, I would. They were THAT good. Very professional, ON TIME, and careful with my belongings. They certainly deserve this rating and I highly recommed them to anyone. EXCELLENT job! Thanks again to a VERY happy customer.

    Moving furniture from one place to another

    Devonte and his sidekick Jose, we absolutely amazing. Being a small business owner, it still excites me to see people that work for a company take such pride, responsibility, and professionalism towards their work. I'm a picky jerk, and these guy exceeded my expectations, which sadly rarely happens these days. Are you sick and tired of bad or (the new good) average service, try these guys out. You can thank me later.

    Moving

    I had a complex move which was in two stages. First out of my condo in Mississauga into storage. Then a week later from storage into my new condo in Vaughan. I found Around Town's service excellent. They were courteous, on time, (actually 15 minutes early both days) and well organized. Devonte was very good at fitting my items into storage considering the space allowed and very good at what he does. I would highly recommend them for your moving requirements.
