Thank you for your feedback Jo, and for taking the time to share your experience. We regret that your move did not go as expected and apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay. We understand how frustrating it must have been when our crew encountered difficulties locating your address. Upon reviewing the situation, we discovered that 830 Megson Terrace is part of a newer development completed in 2022. Unfortunately, this building does not yet appear accurately in Google Maps or GPS systems. As a result, the crew was mistakenly routed to an alternative location with the same address, which was approximately 25 minutes away from the correct location. Upon arriving at the incorrect address, our crew contacted you immediately to explain what occurred and followed your directions to reroute. We appreciate your feedback and will use this experience to help improve how we support navigation challenges in newly developed areas. Sincerely, Around Town Moving & Delivery Team
