I had checked two other Reno contractors before I got to Bildam. Adam was so helpful and so interested in my project that I had to use the company even though I had to wait two weeks for them to be available. It was worth the wait. The workmen were so cheerful, I felt as if I could make suggestions and I was always told how to make my suggestions better. I went over budget (my fault mostly) but I was happy with the results. Thanks Bill, Adam and the guys!

We bought our house in September, had Adam from Bildam come along for one of the 2 house visits we were allowed before taking possession in early November. I am self employed and run a business out of my house, needed a room divided to create an office for my wife. Also needed a door built and part of a stairwell walled off. Easy enough, but also needed it all done by December as I opened my office doors quickly. This is why I chose BIldam, I was told they don't leave a job until it is done. For this reason Adam couldn't guarantee an exact start time but was confident he could have the job done in the short time frame I had. I trusted him and he delivered. The contractors did a fabulous job, they started on schedule and finished ahead of schedule and on budget.

Needed to have a old pressure treated deck replaced. Contacted Bildam Home Improvements. Adam was so professional, knowledgable and prompt. We had many questions and choices to select from. Adam guided us every step of the way and quickly responded to any inquires or changes we wanted to make. Adam showed us many pictures that greatly helped with our design plans. The team of workers were amazing, professional, courtesy and able to explain and answer additional questions. We did make additional changes of adding planters boxes, and enclosing the stairs for storage space. Adam keeper us update with the cost of each change. The workmanship and details put into our deck is amazing. We are so pleased with the deck and the choices we made. It looks amazing and we receive many compliments. Bill was amazing with designing the Planter boxes and making sure all the work was done properly and that we were pleased. So glad to have a cedar deck with composite floors, aluminum rail system, privacy glass and a gate. The gate is amazing, prevents our small dog from escaping and will protect our future grand children's from falls. Plus it gives us extra security on the 2nd level of our house, it locks! Definitely recommend this company, peace of mind and reputable too! Thanks Adam, Bill and your crew. Words couldn"t express what a wonderful job you did and we are completely satisifed.

We had our basement finished by Bilam in October of 2014 and are still thrilled at the quality of the workmanship! We met with Adam on several occasions to go over and reconfigure plans and he was understanding, helpful and easy to work with. We had a bedroom, bathroom, and large living space put into our unfinished basement. Throughout the renovation, the entire Bilam Team were great to work with! Over the course of 2 months, they were flexible, professional and worked to a high standard. We weren't without issue, as is common in any renovation. At one point we changed our minds on the location of the wall sconces after they had been roughed in, the electrician changed the location without hesitation. They had to remove the basement window on several occasions to get the materials in, and reinstall it. In the end, we ended up with a better installed window than what was originally there at no extra cost to us. The drywall took a little longer than anticipated but that is because Bryan (who did the mud and taping) worked with precision which made the final product flawless! Slow and steady made for the best mud & tape job I have ever seen! Each little hiccup was treated with speed and a smile. I think the quality of a contractor is in the men and woman with whom they work, and Bilam has an AMAZING Team! We just moved into a new home, and Bilam was the first company we contacted to help us install a new kitchenette in the basement. You will not be disappointed if you hire this team! Just awesome! Bildam did our basement one year ago and we are still very happy with the work they did. Adam was easy to work with and kept us within our budget. He was not pushy but did offer suggestions, such as adding in more storage space and upgrading to spray foam insulation. Those were great ideas that we don't regret at all! We asked to see some of their work before hiring them and he honored that by taking us to meet a previous customer. This basement looked great and the customer was happy so we felt confident we would have a great experience. Bill and the team were pleasant and treated our house with respect. They worked fast! All of the contractors they used were great as well. In the end we ended up with a beautiful and comfortable basement that gets constant compliments - all within our budget. Couldn't be happier!.

Pete and his team were friendly and professional. We were pleased with most of the work but encountered a problem with a sloppy painting job that left paint on the new stone fireplace and flooring. Pricing for flooring was higher than other contractors so we went elsewhere. New faucet has problem and inquiring about warranty. Adam is a good salesman.

Bildam has done 3 major projects for us. First was our deck in spring 2012. They stayed in budget and the deck still looks great after 4 summers. The second was a re-do of our basement in the spring of 2014. Again they were right on budget and very clean. The final product looks very professional. Our kitchen and floor replacement on the main level was our third project with Bildam. Adam, Bill and the team are great to work with, they were always honest and forthcoming with any information. We really appreciated their attention to details & craftsmanship. During the project every effort was made to keep dust and dirt it of the rest of the house. We could not be more happy with our kitchen!

Professional... courteous... prompt arrival... knowledgeable... and got the job done in good time. Meticulous clean-up. Never a delay in responding to a request or text. Adam takes the time to explain exactly what they were going to do... and never over-sold the project. We were extremely happy with him, the work and his crew... so much so that we have hired him to put in a deck as well. I would recommend Bildam in a heartbeat. Bill and Taylor (2 amazing carpenters who built our back deck) were outstanding. Such incredible attention to detail. I am so impressed with the workmanship. They got the deck in just before the freezing rain hit... working hard through the cold and damp to get the job done. Never cutting corners, and always putting in a full day. They cleaned every scrap up and left the backyard impeccable. They even washed and scrubbed off the deck once it was finished. It glistened. These guys have old school ethics and take pride in their work... something you don't often see nowadays. I'm so glad we found them.

We recently purchased our first home and needed to do some quick renovations as our home is also our office where we see clients. We had a short time to get things completed - we took possession on Nov 10th and opened for business on Dec 3. Adam was very accommodating and came with us to one of the viewings of the house before we took possession so that he could take measurements and quote on the job. He was able to offer us ideas on how to improve our concept while keeping costs down and timelines short. We were able to schedule work shortly after taking possession and the Bildam team were very fast, neat, professional and on schedule. I will be using their services again in future as more projects come up in the house. I highly recommend getting Adam in to give you a quote as he knows his stuff and his prices are reasonable without sacrificing quality.

My 3rd project with Bildam. When time came to have a permanent outdoor gazebo/pavilion built in our backyard I didn't hesitate to call Adam. Bildam just finished our basement the summer prior. Bill and the crew are top notch. Bill went to the extra trouble of pulling up the deck to make sure the structure was bolted properly and would never come down. Once again, thanks, and will be in touch for any future projects.
