I met the owner of this company at the Whitby home show (2011). He is professional and knowledgable. He will accomodate you in anyway he can to ensure that your vision and expectations for your project are met. All prices in conjunction with the project are listed. All options are in writing. There is a written contract. Payments are clearly laid out in writing. His employees are personable, punctual and work at a consistent pace. The workmanship is excellent. The owner is constantly in touch with the employees on the project. I am very happy with the finished product. I love my deck! I highly recommend this company!!!!

Adam looked at the problem at hand and sugested that i try a simple fix to the whirlpool tub to see if that would work before i spent the money on him or any other contractor to come in and do the same thing for a con ciderable amount of money. His sugestion worked out great and the problem fixed in no time at all. He was willing to spend at least 90 minutes trying to find the leak and when he had an idea as to what the problem was he said save my money and try a simple test that worked great. His charge to me was a handshake and a promise to call him to let him know either way if his idea worked. Adam will be the one i call first to have any work done. His honesty goes second to none in gaining my trust in his work. Adam thank you very much for your great help and i look forward to working with you in the very near fure. Randy Kitchen

Adam and his helpers did a great job with our deck! The process was very enjoyable and professional as they are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. They even met me at the home depot to be sure the right materials were ordered and provided accurate and creative sketches of the design. The deck looks great and we will definitely consider this company for future projects! Thanks!

I had Adam and Bill design and build my dream deck and we were so thrilled with the work we hired them to finish our basement. We thought we had considered every design possible and had resigned ourselves to thinking there was no design that met all of our needs, but along came Adam with a unique yet simple design that met all our criteria. His knowledge of various materials, including dozens of composites, meant we were able to find the right product for our needs and budget. Finally, when Bill arrived to the build, I don't think there was a single day went by that he didn't exceed our expectations. These guys are the best! Our project included a "high" deck with aluminum and glass railing, and a lower deck surrounding a hot tub with aluminum and steel railings and privacy fence. Everything is low-maintenance, which was a challenge with the privacy screen, but nothing Adam could not overcome. He sourced the steel panels at a great price and found a way to integrate them into the same railing system as the high deck provide a consistent look. I include all of this to help readers appreciate the quality of deck and put the overall price of the project in perspective. I can't imagine anyone who could have done a better job, nor can I imagine anyone could have done it for less. I give these guys my highest recommendation!

Bill and Adam are wonderful! We contacted them to finish our basement. From start to finish, their attention to detail and desire to keep us happy was par none. Adam put together the design for our basement based upon our vision. He then provided an alternate design that was even better than what we imagined. Bill did a great job building the basement. Since then, it is our favourite room in our house. We plan to contact Bildam for any reno jobs in the future.

Adam and Bill were fantastic!! They are knowledgable, professional and friendly. We will refer them to all our family and friends and look forward to having them back to renovate our laundry room.

Adam is an excellent businessman! He was in constant contact with us before the job began, throughout the job and even several follow up calls once Bill had completed his work. We have complete confidence in Adam & Bill's ability to deliver exactly what we asked for. From the 2nd floor deck they built which is now our external living room to the custom cabinetry that is the focal point of our great room, we couldn't be happier with the work. Bill's attention to detail in his craft is second to none! Next project - basement reno and I know Bill has ideas for that room as well. Can't wait!

I hired Bildam to finish my basement after having seen the quality of the work they did on my deck. They were helpful with the design and choosing the right products and options for my taste and budget. Their quality of work is exceptional -- as if they were building for themselves -- and the customer service was excellent. They built a custom bar for me that is a real eye-pleaser. I will post pictures soon. I would give these guys my highest recommendation. Oh yes, the cost was very reasonable.

I moved into a house that badly needed a new laundry room and furnace room demo. They were always on time, informative, explained everything, courteous, cleaned up, meticulous in their work. They worked around my busy home daycare hours and took the time to take me out personally to choose countertop and paint colours. Their suggestions of changing plumbing, their knowledge that some previous things had been done wrong in the laundryroom was an asset and reassurance for me that they knew what they were doing. No matter the size of the job Bill and Adam aim to please. I am looking forward to the future to installing a new kitchen countertop with them. Thanks again guys !!!!
