First the men came to my home and explained everything. One gentleman arrived later and measured all windows inside Another gentleman came late and measured the outside of all windows The men came on time, worked hard and were very experienced and pleasant. The estimate was a great estimate, the installation was sooner than expected and the work crew was efficient and cleaned up after the job was done.

We recently had 11 Windows and one door replaced in our 1974 home by Western windows. It is without reservation that I highly recommend this company. The products were delivered and installed without issues by a very experienced and competent crew. The trims were replaced and it is hardly noticeable that they were touched. The professional crew worked diligently and in two days completed our project. They were pleasant and very tidy. The quality of the product is excellent.

This is the second complete window replacement in two different homes we have owned. The first was in the Hamptons in Calgary and the second here in Strathmore. When you get a contractor back for a second job, you know the first install was great and you were ordering based on the quality work they did the first time. This second install just confirms that Western Windows does extremely good work - all of the installers were fabulous in the work they did and respected our home. They cleaned up afterwards. The installers were very friendly and extremely efficient. I will order from them again if I purchase another used home. The windows reduced the street noise considerably. Jeremy's thoughtfulness and suggestions on window replacement when doing the quote was greatly appreciated.

After 3 years in our current home, we had tired of the terrible draft from the aging sliding glass door and 2 large crank-open windows in the living area. We rarely used the windows and door due to the high winds we experience regularly, and as previous customers, we were confident that Western Windows could provide a a great product at a reasonable price. Jeremy came up with a brilliant redesign for the windows, and made some great suggestions about changing to a very modern and efficient French Door. When Kyle and Liam came for the install, they walked us through the process and kept us informed of any wrinkles. The work they performed was clean, efficient, and the final product was....WOW! They gave us a final walk through that fully explained use and care, as well as ensuring we were happy with the final result. Needless to say, we were indeed pleased. Friendly and knowledgeable, from top to bottom, just a great company and a great group of people. Thanks to all.

Western replaced 24 windows in our 75 year old house and the results are excellent. The two crews were very professional and skilled with installation of windows in an older house as well as being a pleasure to have around. The windows are topnotch and make a dramatic difference. It was an easy decision to choose Western Windows. We had 25 windows installed and they look absolutely fabulous, customer service was great, and everything was completed on time. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable and kept us informed during their 3 days of work at my place. The manager checked in with us as well to make sure we were satisfied during the install. I highly recommend anyone looking at new windows/doors for their home to give Western Windows a call.

I am so impressed with Western Windows. My windows and doors are beautiful. Firstly, Joey was helpful and friendly when he came by our house to do the estimate and help us pick out the windows that would suit our needs. Darren and his crew were professional, friendly, efficient. Even the owner got involved when there was an issue with the front door. My house was built almost 50 years ago and it had an unusual framing and door size. The owner actually pitched in to rectify this situation. The crew cleaned up after themselves, sweeping and vacuuming up all dust and debris. They took all the old windows and doors away and tidied up my yard. They answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Tracy from the office was friendly and helpful. Im giving Western Windows at 20 out of 10 on this review. I highly recommend them.
