Western Windows has a great product at a reasonable cost and exceptional customer service from estimate through installation. They've just replaced another 5 old windows in my house. I highly recommend this local Calgary company.

The old window was not openable, and we wanted one that we could opened. The window was a non-standard size, 3 storeys up, in an awkward spot. They made the new window and we like it a lot. They got it installed despite supply-chain hassels and weather problems. It fit perfectly.

Western Windows is a professional. well organized company that provides hi quality, no nonsense services. I have had several installations completed by them and, in a world of sloppy trades, unfulfilled promises and poor quality, they rise far above the others.

Used this company a number of years ago to replace 22 windows. Was very impressed with the product and professionalism of yhe crew and company as a whole so used them again to replace both our exterior doors. The product was awesome office staff was easy to work with and the install crew was very professional leaving us with a great experience overall.

We were looking to replace all our windows as they were over 35 years old . We did all the leg work to see all the different places that sell windows. To be frank the manager at Western windows made us feel very comfortable with their product . I like the fact that they make all their windows from scratch at their own plant .We were impressed with this . The selection was awesome ,the ideas and selection was exactly what we were looking for . We also wanted a company that had their own installers ,not contractors . We have had problems with work contracted out . Western Windows policy of no payment untill you are happy we also liked . We had the windows installed yesterday ,the Western Windows team were great ,they went beyond what we expected . We contracted Western Windows to replace our front door, back door and one basement window. We are very happy with the excellent product and the skill of their team. Martin and Kyle were wonderful throughout the installation and worked diligently. They answered any questions and conferred with me when needed. They cleaned up as they worked and walked through the completed projects with us when they were finished. We had a great experience with Western Windows from their visit to our house to give us a job quote, to our visit to their facility where Jeremy took the time to give us a tour, to the final step where their skilled and friendly team installed our front door, back door and basement window. We love our new doors (and frames) and our new basement window. We highly recommend this company! Thanks Western Windows Team!

Good solid company. I have dealt with and known Kevin for many years. As a general contractor, I place a lot of trust in the vendors I use, Western Windows always hits the mark.

We chose Western Windows for replacement of 11 west-facing windows in our 26 year old two storey home. Compared to competitors, sales rep Terry’s assessment of the project displayed eye opening knowledge and attention to detail inside and outside the house – no later surprises. When he left we had no doubt about choosing Western. Western uses only their own experienced installers, not sub-contractors. These pros are excellent and efficient at what they do…no short cuts. From the outset they showed great respect for our home’s existing appointments such as flooring, countertops etc., worked tirelessly and courteously while installing a top notch product. Their cleanup was flawless and when they left the only evidence of their presence was an outstanding window installation that made us jump for joy. Their pride of workmanship was apparent and well justified. AND, zero ($0.00) deposit required up front. When you choose Western Windows sleep well knowing that you made a great 10/10 choice.

I had my back door replaced and a screen door installed. The installers went above and beyond for us, helping us remove the old blinds, installing a door stopper and helping with the smart lock system. They did a good job of the clean up . I am very satisfied with the company and all the people I came into contact with were courteous and professional. I am pleased with the new door and when I need more work to be done, this is the company I will be contacting.

We can’t begin to express how impressive Western Windows is from their sales rep Terry to their professional installation. The installers arrived on time and worked in harmony paying attention to even the smallest details. They were approachable during the whole process and were able to answer any questions or concerns that arose. You get what you pay for and this is true of Western Windows! We couldn’t be happier!
